Absolutely love the service. San is the one who I dealt with at the centre and he was extremely helpful. It snowed a lot on that day but he made sure everything was ready for me when I arrived. Will definitely go back and I highly recommend these guys to anyone.

It was my first time with Uhaul, so I decided to use the mobile option because of Covid. But the location sharing doesn't work, even though I enable it. Before getting there the whole place is fenced off, I had to hop over the fence or do a 15 mins walk detour. But when I check in, I was not familiar with the self check around the car, I ignored that minor paint spot at the left bumper, now I have to pay $200 for the damage that was not even a damage and it was there in the first place, no one gave me a detail explanation on what to do, how am I suppose what to look for. Now I have to call customer service to dispute this charge. The First Lady sent me to Insurance said no record, so 2 hours of sending me to different people. Finally a girl helped me out, I think I will get an email, so my first experience was awful.

The location was extremely difficult to locate. The process was extremely difficult to navigate when you're in a hurry. I wasn't a fan of that. Also the price I ended up paying in the end ended up being more than I anticipated. I will probably try Home Depot the next time.

I made an order at 7 pm but cannot pick up without any notice. I called and chatted a lot of times mostly no answered for five hours at night with my family and drove 35 km to take the truck there 12 am finally. Had to pay 50 dollar more. What do you think?

The lock was hard to open and we had to struggle with it. Also the fact that you have to call an alternative contact before you can release the truck is frustrating as the contact person may not be around to answer the call

Got a vehicle with a check engine light during a critical move. Location is hidden behind construction. Android app does not upload images. Had to use an iPhone to complete the check out and check in.

Ensure to have trained staff. Supposed to pick up car at 10am and took staff one hour to process.... Friendly staff tho. Also take along time to return the car
