Facility was dirty, doors were not maintained making them hard to close, trash left behind the units that attract bugs and vermin. Almost everything had to be thrown away due to rats. They destroyed hundreds of dollars worth of belongings, some of which can never be replaced. If you value your items you’ll need to buy a metric ton of rat poison or just use a different storage company. Will not recommend to anyone.

Dwayne S | Overall ExperienceI was a long term customer (8+ years) was disappointed and extremely stressed during the height of the pandemic after job loss and reaching out to Safe Storage to ask for an extension and waiving late fees -- there was no understanding, concern, or compassion to the national disaster at the time or to their customers. I had to choose between buying food and paying this storage rent with little to no money. I will never forget the greed. My unit was dry, I never saw any evidence of rain seeping under the door. Autumn was nice and helpful with general info. But the owners' response to pandemic hardship was cruel.
