ROBERT GAYLEThe u-haul truck wasn't ready. I waited 25 minutes for another van which was defective back doors, was severely damaged, and low tire pressure. I was charged a cleaning fee of $35 because their was dirt on the driver's side floor after. I swept out the debris from my boots but guy stated that I will be charge a fee unless I clean the mat. I should have to pay for anything because there is dirt on my boots. I should have left after he gave me the wrong keys to the second truck and had me walk a full block to find the right van. The worst experience I have had with uhaul. The outside of the vehicle was dirty as well as the inside of the vehicle (back of the truck). The owner of this uhaul has special and personal rule for their uhaul. Buyer be ware.

Later I was handed key by a 3rd party at 0935 while my booking was from 0900 for a dirty Van which windshield was covered by thick solid ice and no equipment to clean it. Fuel was low and had no direction what to do or how the fueling works as I was a first time uhaul customer. Worst experience ever and not worthwhile.
