I didn't get my truck via my phone because it wasn't ready. Got it almost an hour late. Nobody was there to help me when I returned it early and I received a bill much higher than I anticipated. Very unhappy with the whole experience.Jennifer L.

The parking lot was hard to put the trailer in the space. Backing up was so hard to maneuver the trailer in the tiny space.Kristin P.
Truck was not serviced. Front tire came off while driving on major highway. Could have ben killed as truck was barely brought under control. Then, UhHaul EMERGENCY hot line tool 3 hours to answer calls. Had to call state police and wrecker to be rescued. Then, U-Haul could not fix or replace truck. Rented PENSKE truck and refuse to pay U-HAUL. NEVER RENT U-HAUL !James D.

The closing hours were way sooner than I expected (3p on a Saturday). I came to return the truck around 3:45p. When I had a question about returning the truck, the number to call, which was written on the window, was a number no longer in service. Then when I checked the QR code, also taped to the window, it was a url that no longer exists either. The man I met in the morning to pick up the truck was very kind, patient, and helpful! So nothing bad about any employee. Also, if you could have the size of the gas tank, that would be helpful too, especially when having to refill the gas.Garrett H.

You can tell the customer all details of the rental when they reserve the truck. This location did not advise me of the â€œsafe moveâ€ fee, the mileage charges or anything else. When my trip was complete, he told me I'd be charged for 18 miles but was actually charged for 24. Not good.Jessica M.
When I got to the location no one was there. I called and no pick up so I kept calling and calling finally he picked up. He then told me he would be there in 15 minutes roughly 33 mins later he showed up. When I dropped the truck off, he wasn't there again. Another Uhaul guy was waiting for him also. Was not the location I chose and had to go like 40 miles out of my way to get my truck. The location was supposed to be open at 8:00 am but was still not open when I finally got my key from the lock box at 8:15. Very disappointed.Stevi B.
We had an issue with the truck not functioning in reverse, and Roadside assistance was no help. This review is mainly about this process - it took us hours, until we finally reached back out to the manager of this storefront, who came right over to help us.Joe P.

Gas was much lower than amount expected. To fill the tank cost over 100.00 and you're still trying to charge for extra miles. At the least it should be a split cost since we left over 3/4 of a tank left in the truck.Taylor M.

the parking lot was a little difficult to navigate with a trailer, especially as an inexperienced trailer puller. The staff there did offer to backup the trailer if I was uncomfortable doing it. The location was not well marked and slightly difficult to find.NICHOLASJOSHUA S G.

The equipment was well maintained, yet the cargo area had not been swept out, so I had to do so before loading. Also, U-haul 24/7 is anything but 24/7 since the location was closed when I arrived, and I could not retrieve my rental via the app. After a couple hours of attempting to reach an agent, I was able to receive my truck, then had to repeat much of the same information I already provided when renting the truck.Albert D.

Had to go next door to the business. Then received a receipt by email stating I owed zero dollars. We went under the mileage allotted and had it back before it was due yet I still was charged the full amount. I have sent 2 emails questioning the charges and no one has gotten back to me. Both the U-Haul representive that helped me schedule the use of the vehicle and the representive that was onsite at the time of pick-up, were just awesome! the lockbox my keys were assigned to was wide open when i went to pick up the truck was wide open. after waiting 4 hours for a representative to get into contact with anyone at this location, I was told I had to come back the next morning and get the keys I reserved for that night. it threw off our entire moving schedule and i missed workJâ€™ni B.
