Not a great location in terms of neighbor hood, had a lock on the uhaul back. Guy i called was helpful and come out.

Tammy SThere was no keys for the truck, so I couldn't use it. It would have been professional to call me to let me know in advance the truck can't be used. I paid $20 to Uber to get there and had to use them again to get home. This caused a domino effect, making my move a very bad experience. I ended up at a different location at a different time to pick up thru only truck I could find. It was smaller and didn't hold all my belongings. I had to make 2 trips out of town. My Uhaul Bill came to $700. I did call customer service several times, but they would disconnect me. I received no help.
Rosanne NLady was little rude when dropping off made me wait to talk to someone on phone to drop off when I did the online drop off already. I had to leave $100 deposit because unused prepaid credit card. They said my deposit would be refunded immediately that day. Still have not received it. They need more customers service training and follow through what they say they are going to do. Im still waiting for my $100 deposit which I'm sure I'll have to keep calling about

Jack EExtra equipment (pads) were not ready, dollies and trash were in the truck when it was picked up.
Antonio AThis location was a closed gas station. The building was very old and the person who checked in my dolly pulled up in a mini-van. The garage was closed permanently and the parking lot run down due to lack of maintenance. Despite the look of the location I was easily able to check in my dolly and was on my way in 10 minutes.

Jose BThere was no representative available to install/uninstall equipment, as per your phone rep that is required by the dealer. Staff was rude and told me I had to put the equipment in the yard myself after having to uninstall it myself. She called someone who told me it wasn’t his responsibility to install my equipment. The lady at the counter unprofessional and extremely rude. I’m the future if I can’t get it at Woodlake I will choose a competitor. I have used your company for 40 years but I guess that needs to change. The guy I talk to at your 800 number told me I was on my own.

Hilliary SWas done over the phone, no person to help hook up trailer. The trailer had damage which did not show on the pictures that was sent to me. Had to use my own pictures when dropping off to prove the damage was not from me. This is the worst Uhaul pickup ever!

Benito GI had to hook my own equipment and unhook my own equipment and I ama bilateral amputee. I injured my hand while doing this. Upon pick up I was made to wait one hour and they did not adjust my return equipment time.
Adan DThe trailer was parked behind the location; it was on short grass. Two questions? One, should there have been someone to hook up or assist in hooking up the trailer? Second, not all vehicles can drive on bumpy grass; running the risk of getting stuck. Especially in rainy weather.

Santa zOnly issue is that I had called and reserved a trailer a few weeks in advance to be picked up at the S.W.W. White location. When I arrived to my surprise it was not available. Literally the guy in front of me took the last one. Most times it would probably be not to big of an issue, however this day I was very pressed for time.
SCOTT ANo one was present. Over the phone business conducted. Charged $11 for mile overage which I paid in cash. Then charged again the same amount with fuel costs which did not match the pick up and drop off amount (possess the pictures as proof) and left the mess that was originally in the truck at pick up.

Jermelahsion MThe worse experience with uhaul, 1st I made reservations at one location because of good reviews, then 1day prior to pickup the location was changed to a further away location. When I got there at my scheduled time I was told by a lady that she would call uhaul manager who wasn't even at location at all I was scheduled at noon, he asked me if I knew how to put a car on carrier I said yes, he was asking me all these questions over the ladies cellphone which I was very uncomfortable doing especially during covid19 and concerned about giving my info over phone, then he gave me total and hang up. I looked at the lady and was like whose going to hook it up? She said you hook up your self, I said I've never had to do that, then she started arguing with me about what I told man on phone, and then called man again, and he tells me he would charge $20 to hook up for me, at this point I have no choice, because I need to go. He said someone was coming, I waited 15 minutes and asked the lady how much longer, she called the man on phone, and he was irritated that she called him, and said I told you someone is coming, I'm like yes how much longer do I have to wait? Didn't answer my question and begin speaking in a other language which was also annoying. Finally after waiting a hour a man showed up with 3 teenagers got out of vehicle, I didn't know he was the one, my then I'm really upset because it's been a hour so I went back in store to ask how much longer, that's when she rudely says he's here and points to man, now she had to move a truck in order to get to carrier, insane was I supposed to have to do that! He immediately was like where is the $20, I told him you'd get it when you finish and I want a receipt, he went in store to get a receipt and wrote on it hook up. The most horrible service ever!!
Yvonne CPick up location was disgusting. Paid for furniture blankets and didn't receive. Had to speak with the U-haul rental person via telephone using one of his employees cell phones. It was very unprofessional.

Step BGas station attendant/employee told me I would get reimbursed cash for driving less miles that I originally paid for, BUT he did not reimburse me after all when he found out I drove significantly lower miles than I originally paid for. He seemed like he just wanted to get me over and done with so he can continue back with his work.
aaron cIt was a Food mart and he was the only person there and it took 45 minutes to complete the transaction. He was very nice and helpful but he was also trying to run the Gas station.

steve wRental defective, had to go elsewhere to fix. Trip delayed by 2 hours to get unit repair. They had another but was not in working order either.
Sergio CWhen I parked the truck the attendant came out to greet me and he was very helpful in retrieving all the required information in order to check out. He was polite and explained the check out process to me although I had reviewed the video. He was a very good representative of U-Haul.
Carl RThey were excellent! Could not reach costumer service via phone or live chat. Went to the main Uhaul on FM78 and the gentleman was unwilling to assist me and would not get on the phone with customer service for me to assist me. Mr. Bandeali was very patient and assisted me with our concerns. He took the time to talk to customer service and answered our questions. He was able to take our equipment. Highly recommend SK Food Mart.
