This is not a U-Haul store, it is an odd retail store that does a lot of things. Without a U-Haul sign and a hand truck, you would not know they did U-Haul. The inside of the cab of the truck had a ton of dog hair, some trash, and it even had a piece of dog poop. Right when you open the door, not hidden. I told the attendant, he did not even offer a discount. I did upload an image when I first opened the door. Not having a great night right now due to my dog allergies. I would like a refund for the experience.TIMOTHY F.

My truck was not ready and the additional items I paid for were not there. It took 2 1/2 hours to get the key. I would never rent from this dealer or Uhaul ever again after this experience. I spent 2 hours trying to talk to someone to get it resolvedAlicia F.

This place was supposed to be open until 8pm and they were closed when we got there at 7:30pm to drop off our truck. We couldn't get in contact with anyone from uhaul because the one number said they closed at 7pm and the 800 number had over a 2 hour wait to speak to someone and no one ever picked up. We then went to return the truck the next morning. The hours for the store were to open at 10am. We got there at 10:30am and guess what, they weren't open! The hours of the store were to be 10am-8pm but he makes up his own hours and makes it impossible for you to get in contact with him when you are trying to drop your truck off during his 'business hours'. He was also very unprofessional. He tried charging us extra money because of the truck being returned late, well it was his fault since he left work early the previous night. Also, we were first in line when waiting for him to come into work and there was someone behind us. When he went out to check our truck out (for the miles, gas and overall presentation) it was taking him a long time, I went out to see what was taking so long and he was helping the people that were behind us in line and he didn't even look at our truck yet. This experience was horrible. Do not return your truck here. He was the worst person to work with. When one is moving they are on a strict schedule and you can't have a schedule here. I decided to call Uhaul customer service after this whole process, to complain and let them know how terrible our experience was and the customer service representative didn't seem to care and told us we should get a call from a manager within 72 hours. It seriously takes 3 days for someone to contact us? Well yep because we still haven't gotten a call back. Makes me wonder if the wait is so long because multiple people have bad experiences with this company. We will NEVER be renting a truck from Uhaul again. We will be using another truck company.WILLIAM Y.
