Seems that when you make a reservation doesn’t mean that’s where it’s going to be, I’ve made two reservations and it’s been switched to whatever is convenient for uhaul not the customer. Because of this if i need a truck i will consider other companies first

phillip nOne headlight was out on the truck, the air conditioning did not function well and the drivers seat did not adjust. I am short and it was very difficult for me to reach the pedals due to the seat not adjusting. I will not be using this location again.
