Robert SOrder was wrong, amount being charged wrong, days allowed wrong. Inspection upon pickup was not done well and recorded in our presence. Truck was not where it was supposed to be for our pickup and then we were given some extra miles and an extra day, rather they shorted us and I called to get it corrected and they said it was corrected and then at drop off we were over charged and miles charged for incorrect. Will definitely try to rent from someone else next time other than uhaul.
DENNIS BCouldn’t get the web site to work. Called in and the person totally screwed it up. Local store had to straighten it all out.

Ronald ILocation to pick up the truck was an issue as I had scheduled help for the AM and had to drive an hour away to pick up the truck at a later time than locally. The loss of time required me to spend another night before driving to the unload location. They did give me extra mileage and an extra day to help how ever the process was still a problem for us in scheduling help. I also could not get into the lock box to get the key because I had not been given the code. Thankfully the area manager was close and was able to come help us out.
