Lawrence BUHaul does not listen customer's opinion. Second time I point the same problem and the problem is still not resolved. Why am I wasting time, writing feedback, if there is no any improvement in UHaul service? The point is that smallest tracks are listed, but never available for rent. I needed to move a small furniture. And the small 10' Truck, 9' Cargo Van or even 8' Pickup would work for me. However I was told, that non of them were available. Bigger trucks are more expensive for rent, consumes more gas and costs more per mile. Again, I have to pay almost double price for the big truck, which I do not need. This is a hiden extortion. If small trucks are so popular and all of them are always rented out and are always not available, why UHaul cannot increase small trucks park? De-facto UHaul does not want to improve the service. UHaul wants to empty customers pocket, leaving negative feeling of dealing.

Carlos MI have rented two different trailers from this location in the past year without any issues with the location or rental process. I didn't completely verify that the trailer tires were bias ply, but, these trailers ride rough and bounce a lot over the smallest cracks in the roads. The tires appear to have a tread that is found in a bias ply tire. That makes hauling fragile items pretty tough. I was trying at all different speeds from 40-55 mph on the highway and it didn't seem to matter at all, the trailer would bounce pretty yard and I was concerned about damages to my property in the trailer. I get it, bias ply tires are less expensive. I have two flatbed trailers and have radial tires on both of them. I know for a fact that my trailers ride 100% smoother than your trailer with those bias ply tires. those bias ply tires are rock hard and when they start bouncing, they bounce pretty hard and continue bouncing, where radial tires can smoothen the ride out and not bounce. I'm guessing that you have several claims from damage to property based on my two rental experiences, and I'd bet that using radial tires would benefit both the customer and claims to your company. otherwise, I had no issues

bob mImprove the online rental pick up service. Took 45 minutes to check out the vehicle, but still wanted the vehicle back without the extended time added. Vehicle was dirty inside and out.

murry dYou need to work on your U-Haul app. Didn't work... Couldn't find location. I had to go to your website to do truck return. The return site was a-ok though.
Darin SSo showed up the first day to pickup and filled out the contract a few things were wrong with pricing but he adjusted. I asked for a 5X8 trailer but said u-haul would upgrade to a 6X12 for the 5X8 price beings when I reserved it with a credit card it was for a 5X8. I returned on Sunday 6/17/23 as planned. When I got my bill today it was for 400.00 not the 280.00 that was agreed on. I would appreciate a phone call from u-haul.

Jay LThis complaint is not a complaint towards the individual business in Brookings, this is a complaint towards Uhaul as an organization. I originally rented a 15' truck for my move. I received a text 48 hours prior to me picking up the truck stating that there are no 15' trucks available, even though I had already given my credit card information and intent to pay. I was then told by telephone by one of the managers that I would have to drive 52 miles to go pick one up. This is absolutely unsatisfactory! Not only did I not have my vehicle available to me, but a customer should not be responsible to spend their own time and money to allow your business to uphold the promise that it made.
