We were very happy with renting a spot for our camper here and it was a very convenient location. We have been renting here for over 2 years with zero issues. However, recently another guy parked next to us hit our camper while he was backing his camper into his spot. We understand that things happen, but when we called to get possible video footage of the accident to see for sure what had happened and when to try to get it repaired, we were told the video footage only goes back 1 week. For a commercial storage facility 1 week is not okay. People do not come check on their units weekly and had we had been told footage only went back 1 week then we would have made it a priority to check on our camper every week. The video surveillance should definitely be improved and had the video surveillance been better we would have stayed, but $80 a month for a parking spot with 1 week of footage is not okay. Very disappointed about that.

I think the rental rates should be pro rated. I had just paid for a months rent and then moved out with over half a months rental time left. Unfortunately I couldn’t schedule my move in line with the monthly rental schedule. I’m sure the spaces will be rented right after my move out so the contusion getting double rental for that timeframe.

SSD Storage was great to lease an indoor storage unit from. They would always respond to our communication and would communicate to use if there were any changes at the facility. We never had any billing issues or surprises on our invoice. We leased a unit from them from April 2020 to Oct. 2022.

The unit was a little dirty and filled with spider webs... but it was an end unit, so that might explain more bugs.... That and the price increase would be the only negatives. By far, more posititves... Very happy with my experience. Brandy was very friendly/helpful. Thanks, Jim

I would recommend SSD storage, but you should know they do not prorate the month you move out of the unit. We paid for a full month and only needed roughly a week.

BEST EVER storage facility! We HIGHLY recommend if you are in need of storage in the Ringgold Area. Very clean and secure and staff is extremely helpful and friendly.
