The location forced me to pay with the credit card that was used for pre authorization. This was a hassle, I understand the need to use a credit card to book the vehicle, but I should have been able to pay using any method.

We were moving a mattress and box spring and had to pick up a tarp to put on the floor of the truck because there were bits of branches and dirt etc. The outside of the truck had not been washed and the cab smelled like wet dog which the agent informed us of. The agent was very personable and helpful but the truck could have been cleaner.

I want to make clear that the customer service I received from this location was fantastic. I forget his name off hand, but the gentlemen running the store was awesome, and he provided me with 100% satisfaction. Unfortunately my "Guaranteed Reservation" was not fulfilled. I was notified by phone roughly 2 hours before my scheduled pick-up time (10:30AM) that my order could not be completed, and I had to wait until 3:30PM and pickup from a completely different location. The person on the phone was apologetic, and offered to refund my $50 Guaranteed reservation fee. Please tell me you see the irony in that statement. I paid for a guaranteed service and was told hours before that my reservation was gone. Not only did this cause great frustration, but completely turned my moving plans upside down. I had to my guaranteed reservation with a cargo van, which was great....but it is NOT a 15 foot truck. I had to make an additional 4-5 trips over the weekend, and I was still not able to complete my move prior to dropping off the vehicle last night. Honestly I do not believe $50 refund will satisfy the time I lost because my GUARANTEED reservation was not fulfilled. How do we rectify the situation?

The lady behind the desk was well informed and helpful no issue with the efficiency of the dispatch team and location. The U-Haul on the other hand was a different story upon arrival at my house I noted and took pictures that the door spring cables were all sorts of tangled the right one was snapped so for the entire move we were lifting the entire weight of the trucks gate adding unnecessary work for me and my fiance

A little bit expensive rental, not true with their price online. Will give you extra payment in the outlet. Though imited time only . For people who wants to save money, not recommended.

The truck was filthy. The cab stinks like smoke and was full of debris. The back had the previous users property still in it. And there was rusty water on the ground from an overturned wheelbarrow. With barely enough gas to get it to the gas station... the $20 of gas I put in it left MORE than the 1/8 tank... old house and new house are 6k away

Was charged 40 bucks because i was an hour late. It's my bad but really felt like a gut punch after having to spend 30 minutes trying to get them to fix the starting kms.

At the last minute the vehicle pick-up location was changed, adding many more travel miles onto my account. I called U Haul customer service and was pleasantly surprised that they gave me a $50 credit to cover the additional miles. I will definitely use U Haul again.

Your website is difficult to sign in on. Everytime we got to the consent piece, it would kick us out and start over. It was a very frustrating process but Sean at the location was incredibly helpful.

Individual at 12 inglewood drive was great. Very helpful. Uhaul the company i could not be more disappointed with. At first i rented the 15' truck even recieved the confirmation email. Then the next day was told i was not able to have that truck, even though on the phone i was assured it would be available for me. The uhaul employees were very unwilling to work with me to make the situation work. Was told a cargo van was available all the while knowing i was moving a townhouse amount of stuff. I was told i would be called back, never was. Was told that they would speak to a manager and call me back never did. I had to repeatly call back wasting hours of my day till finally someone spoke to a manager who did indeed make it work, showing how simple the process could have been. Even after i dropped off the truck at the proper spot i was call the next day and told that money owed will be sent to collection! I called back to find out i owed 11$ for mileage. Pathetic to threaten me to pay 11$ before even speaking to me about the bill and giving me the chance to pay. Which i did. My experience with uhaul was disgusting and i will not be using the services (or lack of service) again. The only bright spot was the gentleman at 12 inglewood drive where i picked it up and he is not a uhaul employee. Next time ill have to use another company. E

There was no overnight drop off box for the keys. I had to come back the next day to drop them off. I also had to pay extra insurance fee for the free day that we received.
