I rented a Uhaul for 2 days but returned it within 24 hours. I still had to pay for 2 whole days. Moving is already so expensive and it seems so greedy for uhaul to charge for days I didn’t have the truck.
marisa hSabos Garage in Penn Run (Indiana County) was worse than Sanford and Sons! No packing supplies were available and they are monly had one 26 foot truck and it sounded like the transmission and motor weren’t going to blow up.

RICHARD OGot reschedule to 3 different locations the day before pickup. Had to drive an hour to get equipment. Will not use uhaul again.

DOM RNeeded truck in Ebensburg and they moved location at last minute again causing stress and I had to take time off work to pick up truck. This is the third time that happened. I will try other companies before coming back. This is very annoying.
JOHN SMr. Sabo was extremely friendly and helpful even though pressed for time. He could use better signage to direct customers to his garage location. GPS on my phone directed me to a wooded parcel nearby.

RAE LLocation was a new U-Haul provider and the employees were unfamiliar with U-Haul system so it took a longer time to complete the rental than normal. however, they were very friendly and provided great service.
