Chris VI booked a dolly at one place.then get email that I had to pick it up at another place.went out of my way to pick it up.then had to sit there for a hour waiting on someone who new how to do rental to show up.this was very frustrating.no one cared about me as a customer
Rose Cwas closed as dropped off on Sunday--not open give them what they ask for/request to rent. a refund would be greatly appreciated.
Debbie TUhaul representative was not present when we arrived and was not knowledgeable about uhaul or the rental agreement
