The way you guys do an estimate is not fair😱,I had to wait for the truck because they only had the one truck I paid for one-way I was told to bring it back and I was charged for both ways instead of one which is not fair in my opinion I was ripped off and should be compensated!? Thank you sincerely an unhappy customer 😡

Jose ChavezI reserved on the website two days prior to picking up the truck. My total was half less than half of what they charge me. The website said I would be receiving a phone call which I never got. I was not offered the option to get unlimited mileage nor was I told that I was able to keep the truck for 24 hours I was asked to give them a time when I would return the truck I was not told I cloud get unlimited mileage instead I was given a certain amount of miles when I return the truck I had to pay an additional 99 miles, which doubled my total I’m Very I’m so disappointed in the service and now have an extra Expense !

guillermo acostaBe more specific on filling with gas, I went over 3 miles then estimated then I was charged 5 dollars more. I told them I left the gas at half tank when it was giving to me at 1/4 tank. Gas is about 4 dollars a gallon so I should have saved money not owe.

I put 75 dollars worth of gas. Thinking that is what I needed. When I went back to check my reciept I only needed less than half tank.CanI get some credit from the mileage?
Marilyn MosherThe truck didn't have a ramp, and without my knowledge, I rented a dolly. The breaks were worn out as well. Customer service with the first Clerk was very poor and service was given reluctantly. The last Clerk that assisted me, was very professional.
Joyce sealesI called and talked to someone and explained my situation with how my wife fell from the back of the uhaul and told them that’s why I would be late and they said they would wave the extra day fee , I ended up paying $60 something dollars which overdrafted my bank account. This was not cool when you gave your word that it would be waved.
Codey MooreDrop off place was way too far from our home. Uhaul rep told us we HAVE to drop off here, is only 20 miles or so.. but it was 27 miles away and took us 36 minutes one way.. so way over 1 hour just to return the truck, on a rainy day. Not so happy about this when we have several Uhaul rental places near our home within 5 to 10 miles.

DANIEL ARRIOLAPrice was $46 higher than I was quoted and reserved online. I told her that, and she said I could “take it or leave it.” I had to drive 1/2 hr just to get that truck, vs the 5 mins as I had reserved. Then when I got into the truck, the cab portion was filthy and stunk so bad, I had to drive with the windows down, and leave them die as I drove. The Cab floor had lots of dirt, some leaves and pine needles, as well as a sheet of a rental contract from 8/24 in there still. But since I no longer had a choice (I drove 130 miles just to get to back to Palmdale to get a truck, I had no other choice than to Take the truck as-is. YUK !! I had to leave the windows open the entire time I had it, to get the stench to dissipate.
Mark VampolaWorse experience ever. First of all they didn’t have my truck ready until 1 hour later. They were trying to get a hold of the previous customer who they rented the truck and was suppose to return it a day before my reservation. They couldn’t get a hold of her. They left it until last min, they didn’t have a back up truck to provide for me. They were so unprofessional, I would never recommend this location!

ROBERT KHEMAfter 10-15 minutes of waiting personnel had to be asked to stop her personal conversation to assist us with our drop off. She tried to charge us over $30 for fuel even though the tank was basically full so we decided to just drive across the street to top it off (less than $10 went in) and after giving us attitude for having to walk back out, we were still charged an extra $8 for fuel. Would rather pay for the extra mileage to drop off at a different location next time. Called customer service after returning home and they apologized and refunded us the $8... it was not about the money, just about the principle.

The price was much cheaper than the other locations. The truck had graffiti on it and i noticed after i had left the location. I called the manager and they made a note and was very apologetic. shannon emeryI reserved equipment in Lancaster had to travel 53 miles to pick up equipment. That is un acceptable and I will rethink about renting from you again. You need to have equipment available no further that 25 miles round trip. other location were even further away.
