I want my money back! I'm calling tomorrow to make an official complaint. The check in took 2 hours and I was hung up on. It took so long by the time I got to where I was buying my car they sold it before I got there so it was for nothing. I will never use your company again! Hertz FROM NOW ON!

As a person that doesn’t know how to go online to check out it was very hard for me to return this truck to the place I was thinking I would return the same way with a person not on my phone I had to call my daughter to come help me return this truck and had to pay more because it was pass the time every time I get a truck when I return it I do it with a person not on the phone so this will be my last time renting from you guys

Natasha SMy original reservation was scheduled to be picked in baton rouge,LA. I made the reservation on Jan 20th, I got a notice the day before pick up Jan 28 the reservation wasn't available for pick up in baton rouge. I traveled from Oklahoma, a 10 hour drive, to find out that my reservation wasn't reserved. They were trying to send me another 50 miles from the original pick up spot. They didn't have anymore available in a closer location, so I hade to travel another 50 miles to paincourtville,la so that made them have to give me a smaller truck for the same price. According to the website the 15ft was $10 a day cheaper and I was chargered for the 20 ft. So this over all experience was horrible.I just don't under a reservation is to Be reserved, I could have inconvenienced my self by not making the reservation.

TONAWANDA AMake sure that it's clean and everything is working properly before you rent it out. I was given a truck that was almost on empty, but they wanted it returned almost on full. I was given a dirty truck, but you wanted me to pay a cleaning fee. The door didn't close tight therefore I got soaked because it rained the weekend.
