Sketchy location. Very dark, no one around, wondered when the cops might show up. I did NOT like that my reservation location was changed after the fact. Was NOT given a choice regarding changes. Poor business practices.

The place is clean and the rates are reasonable, but the office staff isn't very knowledgeable. When I opened an account, the information was entered incorrectly and I was overcharged. Later, when I stopped by the office to ask a question, the staff person was sitting outside, talking on the phone, and didn't see me walk past her and enter the office. I had to go back outside and get her attention. When I closed the account, the computer died and needed rebooting twice. Once it was finally running, I had to tell the person at the counter how to access the reservation software, as well as help her navigate it. I was owed a refund for the last month's rent, but was told the only person who could do that was on vacation and that I would have to ask again later. They are very nice and accommodating there. They just maybe need to train their desk staff a bit better. And invest in new office equipment.

The only issue I have with U-Haul is not with the location and their service which were both excellent but rather with your mobile check in app. It is cumbersome and confusing and I consider myself a fairly educated and technically hip grandpa. It left me not knowing whether a step had been completed or not. For instance, I made an attempt to add my drivers license info in the app and it failed. I went to your website and accomplished it the day before pickup. While sitting in the parking lot of your location I attempted to finish the check in process only to see the license was requested AGAIN. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Thankfully your agent there was able to finish the check in and I was finally on my way, all be it 20 minutes late.

Sharon was incredibly friendly and helpful, calling me a day ahead of time to confirm details, and giving me her personal contact information in case anything came up.
Very disappointed in U-Haul’s 24/7 pick up system, but that has nothing to do with Salmon Creek Mini Storge.

The staff was great, the location was good. There weren’t enough trees in the area to cool it off in the summer and In the winter there were gutters right outside the units which I imagine they’ll be a lot of mice and rats during the winter. Too expensive especially for these older factors.

Sat in Salmon Creek Mini Storage parking lot with 1 to no bars of cellular service, attempting to checkout vehicle via app. Had to leave, drive one mile north, to gain enough wireless signal to complete process. Next time, I’ll simply go into the office, as the Truck Share 24/7 option requires so many steps (scan license, etc.) to complete online.

This uhaul cost me twice what I expected. It was supposed to be $30 plus mileage with the $14 protection plan. I got the bill today and it's got an additional $59 rental fee and the $28 protection plan. Won't be renting here again. Plenty of other uhaul places that are more upfront on their intended pricing.

Had reservations made well in advance of moving day, Jan. 1. Made numerous calls, left messages to reconfirm, no response. On arriving at pick up location sign on office said closed until Jan. 2. After calling different phone numbers eventually reached the mgr. Jeannie. Who told me they were closed. Reiterated that we had reservations that she had confirmed weeks prior. Reluctantly she agreed to rent us the guaranteed truck. She had reservation in her computer, said she forgot! Through numerous yawns the transaction was finalized after a half hour, please!

Truck was given to me dirty (cabin and loading are). Fuel mark was incorrect. I was charge for 2 days for no reason (I rented the truck for 24 originally). I was told that fees online are only for 12 hours; not up to 24.
