First of all, we were not allowed to use a location nearest to our house! We were told we had to use the Jones Valley location because others didn't accept the tow dolly. That is a lie! The location closest to our house DID accept the tow. Second, we were to return the equipment on Monday and they are closed! How can a U-Haul business be closed on a Monday when most people move on the weekends??

I got a online quote for a 10' truck for $119 online then called customer service to verify the mileage, The lady told me the price went up to $160 and she did not see my quote based on the quote number. When I logged in I saw where the quote said $160. It appears someone changed the quote in your system and removed the first quote for $119. When I got off the phone I did another quote and it was still $119. Did not understand that whole run around. Called back to complain and they put me on hold and never answered back. I let it stay on hold for 3 + hours just to see of someone would pick up. Suggestion, put the mileage and all information on the online quotes so you don't have to call before purchasing. Make it easy for customer service to see the quotes based on the quote number and stand by the quote price for at least 1 hour. Also when I scheduled a pickup location convenient to me they did not have anything but 15' trucks so I had to drive 35 - 40 minutes to a different location that did not have the 10' truck I ordered either but at least he gave me a 15' truck since that's all he had. If he could do that why couldn't the first Uhaul vendor that I picked for pickup do it? I was not pleased with your quote system and Uhaul customer service was not good.

The trailer I rented leaked. I had products for my small business that I own in the trailer overnight. I am not pleased that my products got wet.

Drop off site was not conveniently located near destination. This site was not staffed for a return, even though the return was completed during normal posted business hours.

My reservation was for 50 00. I was not told that I was being charged 16.00 for insurance and I was not given an option to decline. I was not given a receipt, even though I asked for one. It was being emailed. So I don't see a receipt until a day after I returned the trailer . They are sneaky with extra charges, so be careful or go elsewhere.

After driving two hours from Nashville to only find that our truck was blocked by 6 others was just the icing on the cake. When you have a self-service option, you need to make sure that there is a system in place that works. If it's not working, then come up with a different plan that will work. Then I had no choice but to drive another 7 miles to another location to get a truck and to top it off I was charged for a hand truck that I never ended up having since locations were changed. This was a nightmare move.
