JENNIFER POnly complaint is when I got final bill I was charged some type of insurance fee of $15. I was not told about. We were asked if we wanted to purchase any insurance for if our items got damaged and we declined that offer.

John SI would prefer if they'd inspect the truck while I am standing there, versus having me give them the key and they will "do it later". Most people/places are honest, but a few times over the years when renting vehicles there was shadiness, so I get nervous. Having to take photos and videos of everything for proof is annoying.

Tammy CClean out the back of the Uhaul. I have pictures of what condition I received mine in. There was literal feces that wasn’t cleaned up along with some trash and a used nail file. All very gross. This was the first time I’ve ever rented a uhaul in this condition.

Daniel NClean the inside of the truck hub. There was dog hair/dust all over the middle seat. Truck hub inside was not clean in general also. However, the person who checked us in/out was amazing! Definitely 5 stars for the employee service.
