I rented a small truck and didn't realize that it did not have a pull out ramp it would have been a very big help to me considering I have bad knees I thought all of your trucks had ramps that pulled out this would be something you should consider for older people with health issues other than that my experience was goodBelinda H.

The reservation was given to a different party and then I was billed. When UHaul was contacted, they offered to cancel the original and make a new reservation at a location 20 miles away without compensating for additional cost -- increasing the cost of the reservation by approximately $40. After the reservation was cancelled and I went with a different company, I still received invoices on the fraudulent transaction.Jason S.

For one I was never told that there would be a charge for after hours drop off crap. Two the web site said that it was one that was a 24 hr return deal. Three the rental was not on full it was in between the full and 3/4 mark. I had my friend Brandon in the truck with me and he will verify that. Four, if you think that cheating people is cool, it is not and I will be mentioning 2800 Stone Circle Dr. Troy, Ohio location to the better business bureau to be investigated as such. I get that you guys have to run a business but there is not excuse to be that much of a condescending butt face wambat jerk just to get money out of people. If you were honest about everything, and actually talked to people and not be butt faces they might be nice and actually understand and be cordial with you and understand the prices. No need to hide something unless you have something to hide and don't want anyone to see what you are doing.Emile T.
Kind, helpful, looked out for my unique needs/interests. My husband came down with COVID 2 days before our move and I needed to drive a 26 ft truck from OH to TN to complete our move. I rented a truck for a day and returned it in less than 24 hours. Due to a "misunderstanding", I was charged for 2 days rental and 2 days insurance (an extra $30 total). I notified the SAMPs employee of this, who agreed that it was a mistake and said that my card would be credited the over-payment. Instead, I was debited an additional $44 by accident! This second mistake was finally corrected two days later, but I have still not been credited with the over-payment of $30. The SAMPs employee (Jake) said I would be contacted by his U-Haul contact (Christian) to fix this but have never been contacted. I have continued to leave messages with Jake as well, who has also failed to have any additional contact with me. Even though the SAMPs employee agreed that it was an error and should be repaid, I feel like they finally decided to just ignore me and hope that I go away. As of this writing, it has been two weeks since renting the truck, and I haven't been able to make contact with anyone for the past week. So, buyer beware. If they still want to make this right, my name is Craig Mote. If they make this right, I'll amend my review. So, if you're reading this, it means they still haven't made it right.Craig M.
