I filled the tank completely, however the gauge registers just under the full mark. It was that way when I picked it up. So I dispute the $5.70 fuel charge. Plus it really messed me up when the moving pads were not in the truck as ordered. I had to scrounge around to find old blankets to use for packing furniture.

Leonard C.Not this locations issue at all, but I reserved my rental for a location closer to home and I was switched to this location. I might have prefered to have the option to go to another vehicle rather than drive so far to pick up the type I had reserved. The folks at Samps were very friendly and helpful.

Denise F.Dave is the absolute best! My wife reached out initially and told me how polite, and respectful the gentleman was that helped her. I needed a trailer for my Goldwing and he offered to order one for us. We were surprised by that because none of the other locations ever mentioned that as being an option. We later went to inspect the equipment and I saw exactly what she meant. He couldn't have been more friendly. He helped me secure my bike, and even gave me a couple of straps in case some broke seeing as how we were going from Ohio to Texas. I told him how much we appreciated him, and he said that's how he was raised: to treat people like you want to be treated. Truer words were never spoken.
