Training. Staff were ill equipped to complete the transaction. Charged me for moving blankets, which I didn't request or take. When I returned the rental I was reimbursed for the blankets but not the gst on the blankets. It was quite an experience. I can't imagine if I were in the middle of moving my house. This would have been very stressful. Please train your staff.

David WI couldn’t rent the flatbed trailer I needed. So ended up renting this one and then couldn’t even move what I needed. Wasted my money. Would have loved to see more trailer options.

Jim VGet all the facts straight for customers experience while setting up a contract. And have the drop off location personnel trained in there return process. Not happy I have to prove I didn't get my refund back and have to pay a cab to sit and wait for this return to take place out of my pocket. . Displeased to say the least.
