Roy FWas very helpful and friendly with getting the truck. However he left it open as to where we could drop off the truck. I was told that I could call a number on the contract and drop it off at any location of my choosing once arriving at my destination. To my inconvenience I was forced to drop it off at a location 20 mins away instead of the location I wanted that was 3 mins away.

Jorge LGot a van that was not turn on, waste half of my day trying to get it work. Had a very bad experience. Not recommend this location to anybody, even I will tell friends and family to stay away from U-Haul.
Amero MMy Driver's door would not lock properly or not at all and then I would have to climb over the passenger side to unlock it. I let the place know but they had no repairman on set and ask me to driver to the next big city to get it fix but until then I would have to leave my vehicle unlocked each time I stopped at the rest area or to get a hotel at night since I can't drive for a long distance before I have to stop. It seems that I was brushed off and no one wanted to take any responsibility. How can my husband get his money back since this problem happen to me. I think that my husband my even have the txt stating to go to the next city to fix the problem.

carmenrubi rThis is the second time I have used this location and it won’t be the last. The owner is a good guy and has been friendly and informative both time I’ve been in. The only gripe I have isn’t the locations fault more of a U-Haul big wig corporate kind of thing and that is the availability of the pick up trucks (F-150). I don’t own a pick up and can’t justify having one for the rare occasion I need to tow something small. The smallest vehicle around here is a 10ft box truck, the closest pick up trucks are over 100 miles away. The owner said they had one and rented it out quite frequently until someone above him decided not to send them back or have them available anymore. Again NOT THE LOCATIONS FAULT, U-Haul decision makers…fix yourselves and get some pick ups for rent at this location.
