It took me an hour to get the truck because the code to the lockbox has been changed. I was told I would receive the $50 guarantee. I did not receive it and instead was charged in full. During the hour I spent on the phone trying to get the lockbox code, I had to deal with red ants and mosquitos and being transferred without warning every time the representative couldn't figure out it how to help me. Terrible service!

Jason was excellent and was all in to help. I personally prefer a live person involved in the check out and return though the process of being the cashier and the return of the vehicle was not unusually arduous just time consuming. I had to watch a tutorial and follow the steps. If I did this every week instead of every 4-5 years I’m sure I would catch on better.

Steven RWhen I put a reservation, it said I could pick it up at 9 AM. However, when I got to location they had their hours on the door posted that they didn’t open until 10 AM. After waiting there an hour for them to open at 10 AM, then showed up almost 30 minutes late getting to the job. When I mentioned this to the clerk, he did not apologize and just continue to process my order. As soon as I left, he canceled the order so I was driving around with a U-Haul truck for 24 hours basically on authorized. I didn’t find out about this, however until I went to drop it off the very next morning at another U-Haul facility
