The location for picking up the equipment was fine, however the online pickup process is sadly lacking. The online process needs to be improved.

The staff at the storage facility answered all my concerns and questions. He provided excellent help to me as well as driving me to the location with a golf cart. Checked in and out with a breeze.

The owners were super nice and got us in and out in about 10-15 minutes. They explained everything and we never felt pressured to rent the unit. There are even homemade cookies as you walk in!

Pickup location simply that - no Haul rep on site. Did not have furniture dolly in truck as contracted. Put me in a spot to find one. They charged me for the dolly. Numerous communications sent their way to remove and not one response. Finally had to dispute charge on credit card. Truck was clean and worked well.

The staff at location stated they are not normally accepting u haul drop offs. This needs to be cleared up with the company as my rental was almost not received and would’ve cost me an extra day and I probably would’ve been charged for the rental.

The dolly and moving pads I paid for were not present. More of an inconvenience was the entire online check-in system. It was buggy, forcing me to call customer service, who was very helpful by the way; but if I had known beforehand the location was a self pick up, I wouldn't have gone through the hassle of ordering a U-Haul there.
