Not to mention, when I returned the vehicle, I walked in to a wide open front entrance with nobody in the front, and the computer completely unlocked with client information on the screen. ABSOLUTELY NEVER AGAIN. Can’t trust any business that doesn’t respect client information

dennis hI don't mind that I have to pay for gas when I rent a uhaul (or any other rental car for that matter). So I put a few dollars of gas in the truck to keep it at one half level. So charging $5 for a gallon is fair. But when you also add $30 as an extra fee for putting in gas, that is just criminal. You have to clean and inspect the truck anyway (at least I hope you do). I have never had that experience any where that I have rented a vehicle and it is really upsetting. For most people driving the truck to a location and loading and unloading are stressful enough. So to have to pull into a crowded gas station adds another level of discomfort to the experience that is just abominable. Uhaul should be ashamed of that $30 extra maintenance fee.
David KThe key they gave me for the truck rental was messed up. I had a hard time starting the truck it took me a good 5 mins. Also the dolly I rented was broken. The strap wasn't locking

eric fThe rep at the Ontario office was very helpful. I had set up a reservation at Ben's U-haul on Foothill Blvd in Rancho Cucamonga but the rep screwed it up. Instead of reserving the pickup for 4:30 on Thursday he set it up for 4:30 on Friday. I was in the office to set up the reservation. I specifically told him 4:30 on Thursday the 30th. Needless to say I was not very with his screw up. I had to be on the road at 5AM on the morning of Friday the 31st. I had rented from that location in June and decided to reserve the vehicle with them. I am not a happy camper with that location.
