From the time I picked up the moving truck to when I dropped it off, everyone was extremly helpful and professional. The em0loyee. Alan in Rolling Meadows pulled the truck up for me. He was great! The young lady in Mattoon where I dropped the truck off helped me immensly. I am mobility challenged and had trouble getting into the truck ( it was high). The young lady in Mattoon moved the truck for me after I refilled the gas tank. I would use Uhaul again. Thank you!!

Rob WThe first location I went to did not have my truck. I had to spend over an hour getting ahold of and talking with customer service to get it all figured out. Then I had to drive to another location to get my truck. This is all after I rented the 10 foot and they called me a day later letting me know I had to drive the 15 foot with no gas reimbursement for the difference.

I fell on the ice hitting my head and attendant offeres no assistance and said oh wel not her problem she iant u haul. I am now sufdering headaches and swollen neck...i paid for gas and was barely off the mark and got charged for gas...didnt have reaervation full 48 hours and arill chargwd same amount..will never use this again

RICHARD YThe rental was for 5 days and I'm being charged for 3 additional days instead of one. Also. It takes longer than 3 days to move contents in a 20 foot truck longer than the days you allow. Especially if you're older or single and have no help.

Levi BMake sure the trucks are in working order. I sat on the side of the road in the pouring rain, with no wipers. After 3 hours of being cold and wet. finally, someone came to help. This trip was not the best experience for me and my grandson.

ANDREW DThe place my truck was rented from was awesome. However, when I gave them my number, some other guy started texting me. I got 4 text in a few hours and ended up blocking the number. Now, I was tired, and a little irritable, but I thought he was being rude. Otherwise it was a great experience. The truck was fantastic, and I will highly recommend to friends in the future.

Jose LInside was dirty...someone had exploded a pop or something. There was rocks and dirt all over floor mats. The driver side door would barely close unless we slammed it. It was checked in with the milage a hundred miles off from what they were telling us.

They keep checking out customers that came in after we did. Will never use this location again. I would give 0 star if it was an option.

autumn fScheduled a pickup for a van about a month ago. Showed up and lady at counter said they didn't have a booking for me. I replied yes, I even showed her my phone for a 2:00 P.M. pickup at their address. Then she tried to say I just picked the location and I didn't book No, that is not true. I showed her my phone showing the booking. She. then stated that the van was going to be a little late. So I waited about 5 minutes and then was told it wasn't going to be available and can offer me a 10 foot truck. I was ok, BUT I ordered the van for a reason. And on top of it I ordered this van a MONTH ago, Never should of happened!!!
