The self dispatch is not that simple. This transaction began with a confirmed reservation that was NOT honored at the Super Suds Car Wash in Liberty, NY. I was on the phone and transferred to 3 different people who were of absolutely NO HELP AT ALL! Finally, the guy at Super Suds was able to help me by locating the self dispatch at S&M and he was nice enough to drive me there and assist with the self dispatch. But phone support was despicable. No one could help fix the problem that was UHaul's fault. No one was willing to even try. I get this stupid review request, I haven't even received a copy of MY BILL!!!!

John E EgnerThe location was great, however, having to use the app was a nightmare and I will avoid using U-Haul again if at all possible, it was glitchy, I had to deal with customer service several times just to get my info into the app, and having the wrong info come up when returning the can was very stressful. It shouldn't take me almost an hour just to pick up a van because of bad UI, you shouldn't be automatically charging three times what the actual charges are when returning by default. There was so much wrong with what should've been a simple transaction that it would take me too long to type. I've already told several people about the bad experience and will doubtless be telling many more to avoid UHaul because of this experience
