LARRY SThe online system with return instruction was terrible. It kept showing errors and would not check in the equipment. Luckily someone at S&N Auto was in the office after hours and graciously checked the equipment back in the UHaul system. Live customer service was excellent. The online system was absolutely terrible. Please don’t go to a fully automated system.

Timothy CGeoff and his staff provided me excellent service. Both very professional and friendly. Rented a trailer and they had me trailered up and back on the road in 10 minutes. Will definitely rent from these folks again!
Patrick WAdd a tongue jack to your 6' x 12' trailers. Fortunately for me there were 2 young me there to help me hook up the trailer.
Clif NThe location was great. Friendly staff and very helpful. I was only disappointed with the condition of the trailer. It was a very rough ride. The trailer bounced all over and was very noisy. So we had to listen to the loud racket and the vehicle jerking entire time. I have a service pup that was a nervous wreck by ths time we got done. Guess my expectations was a Lil high considering the money I spent. But S&N auto was a great location. Friendly convenient helpful and professional.
