This was not the drop-off location I requested. Had to drive to two different locations before figuring out where I needed to drop off. The drop-off location was not listed on my contract.JUSTINPETER L.
1) they didn't know I was coming even though I reserved online with confirmation code, but they did fix the issue 2) the chains on the trailer were modified which took time to fix 3) there was a substantial ant nest on the bumper I had to kill myself when I discovered it after arriving home.Nicholas P.

Transportation told me to pick up my truck a day early on Friday prior to 4pm because the pick up place would be closed. The pick up place was expecting us Sunday at 12pm. The rental was for 7 am on Saturday. The pick up place did not have some supplies available. I drove about 40 miles procuring needed supplies the cabin of the truck smelled of mold. The inside of both doors had openings full of moldy water. The pick up place did clean out the drivers side. I spent over 45 minutes just finding out how to enter the place. It is within a electrified wire enclosure. There is a large sign with a arrow stating check in at office. The only area and office open was for a car dealer. They told me to press the button just above the sign. All that was there was the security guard. He was very helpful. Others came and were upset that I did not know the check out orocrss. I also did not know how to get the code to retrieve the key from a lock box.ROBERTVANNER A.
