Van served it's purpose very well. I was there to pick up vehicle per schedule, though had to wait for vehicle to be cleared of snow, windshield scraped and other windows cleared, and the back needed to be swept out. Still, the person on hand made sure all was good for me to go. Would have been nice to have had it ready when I arrived, but it may also be the case that some reservations don't show they don't prep ahead of time. Thank you!JANETTE M.

I went to dealer yesterday and registered to get ahead of pickup today at 9 am. Dealer said he would have 12 x 9 pulled out of 3 ft. Of snow and ready when I arrived this morning. It was not and I had to shovel 3 ft snow out of trailer. All the while I had 6 men @$36 hr. Waiting for me to return with trailer. Uhaul owes me $210 for wages paid to workers who had to wait for trailer. This lack of customer service and having to shovel out trailer before I left lot is unacceptable customer service. I want a refund for the rental at the least and/or $210 out of pocket to pay people for standing around. What day you Uhaul John TomasiniJOHN T.

The drop off location was closed on Saturday. However The drop off instructions from the Uhaul site were easy to use and follow. Those stepwise instructions were very helpful. Other than self unhooking the trailer, the experience was great. The guys in Houston were five stars âï¸âï¸âï¸âï¸âï¸DAVID J.
Reserved truck & AT in Granby, Colo but had to pick up in Steamboat, Coloâ€”U-Haul gave me extra 100 miles for trip, But NO gas or compensation for my trouble and timeâ€”we were packing for moveâ€”would have been nice for U-Haul to have offered compensation!!Larry P.

After a frustrating cancellation of our reservation, we were assisted by members of the U-Haul team in Wheat Ridge,CO. They were able to get on line and inform us that a 20' vehicle was available in Steamboat. We immediately drove the 180 miles to pick up the vehicle and the woman in Steamboat was just wonderful to work with to address our canceled reservation.BRENT M.
Have vehicles where they are reserved at. We had to drive and extra 123 miles out of our way to pick our equipment up we reserved 2 weeks prior and Uhaul wouldn't even discount it to help with the extra fuel cost or anything.Keith W.
There was no time for the truck to be cleaned. Previous drop off at 11:00, new pick up also at 11:00. Doesn't make sense. Not a location fault, but rather web-site fault. The lady at Sasak was friendly, helpful, and did the best she could.herbert S.

so while i was packing i dropped the keys and realized there was a melted candy bar and 2 prescription pain tablets (not mine) under the seat haha--this made me a little nervous, having prescription pain meds floating around the cab. please clean the cab a little more carefully if possible?sharon D.

The trailer came off and when it did it hit my car now it's messed up I tried calling the number on the uhal for a accident report but after a hour and 20 mins of waiting I gave up so I would not recommend anyone to use uhal and the price we paid was crazy next time I will go else whereAmanda M.

I had reserved a 20' truck. When I showed up to the location they said they didn't have the truck I reserved and instead gave me a 10'x5' truck and a 6'x12' trailer, so I ended up paying more for 1/2 the amount of space. She then said the tires on the trailer were shot and that she would need to have them replaced so we ended up going back twice to the shop before everything was ready and ended up with a 30' long contraption.KATRINA N.
