Windshield wiper broke as soon as I picked it up because they let it freeze to the wind shield there was also no snow tires you are in a mountain state with snowstorms

They didn’t have a dolly. Make moving things difficult. Guy working was very friendly and pleasant.. You app for processing transaction, returning items, etc is shit. It doesn’t actually work on most phones. Ya’ll need to man up on tech!

The offices should be open on the weekend. Truck I requested ended up not being available for my Sunday pick-up, but no one could help me since the office was closed. I had to change everything last minute to move on Monday instead. This caused a lot of issues for me. The corporate guy I talked to wasn’t helpful either.

It has 24 hour drop off. Dropped it on Sunday…a day earlier than scheduled… so place was deserted. Used key drop box and called the Uhaul number. Next day I was messaged by Uhaul wanting to know when I would return the truck!! I called the Sasak trailer number several times on Monday, no answer, left messages, but no one ever called me back.

I reserved a truck that ended up not being available. We ended up renting a trailer but then had to buy an adapter for the lights that basically doubled the cost of the rental. Overall a pretty unsatisfying experience with U-Haul
