The truck was extremely dirty on the outside of the truck. The whole front of the cab, the windshield, the grill and overhead were covered with bugs. But the worst was the ramp that was covered with mud. We dropped it on the ground, but had to sweep it off before we could use it. It appeared it had come up the Alcan Highway. We will not be using them again.Joyce C.
Have multiple people who know the check in and check out process. When we were checking in no one new the process so it was a little spooky. But overall the people at this location are always nice and helpful!CAROL M.

Clean the trash out of the vehicles and at least take a rag and clean the Windows. I couldn't see out of the front window to save my life. Then there were empty bottles and trash in the vehicle from the previous renter.allen E.

This was a most convenient place to pickup and drop off. They even had produce boxes I could take.DANNA P.
1. Picking up took nearly an hour because I kept getting a message that I was not at the correct location. Since there is only one Save-u-More, it was obviously incorrect. I tried repeatedly from different areas of the parking lot and store. In the end, I had to be standing two inches from the key drop-off/pick-up. 2. They also require a deal of information at pick up but don't really tell you that before. 3. The vehicle was fairly dirty and had something spilled all over the inside of the windshield. 4. The vehicle was also in rough shape and had over 100,000 miles. It felt unreliable. 5. I rented equipment that was NOT in the vehicle. I had to go back the next day to get it. All in all, not the greatest Uhaul experience. Though I would be forced to rent from them again since it's the only option.Katie C.

I had called and reserved through a different location. There was a bit of a break down in communication to the pick up location. The trailer was a little iced in and covered in snow as they didn't know I was coming to get it. The employee was helpful and got me on the road quickly any way. The equipment was good, the people were good, the system (inter communication) failed.jeremy P.
The person helping me was unorganized. He did everything on his phone which seemed to take longer than it should. He seemed to be unfamiliar with the process. It took him a long time to find the truck key.Richard B.

I reserved a 10 ft truck to transport one way. I was greeted several minutes after arriving and was told that the 10fts DONT go one way and that he needed a 20 ft to be in anchorage so he would give me a deal. Reluctant but in a bind we agreed. The check in process took forever and caused us to almost miss our flight. They offered no other solutions but a truck twice the size we rented.MOLLY S.

Website/online reservation had some problems which delayed the rental process.Joseph M.
Provide a kiosk station for Save I More location. During winter moves in places that have snow and ice 6 months or more of the year, install snow tires. I spent the majority of my gas and miles trying to get unstuck...That's what keeps me from giving 5 stars. Further note, it took the attendant 30 minutes just to get the truck unstuck on the level parking lot.Martin H.

When I arrived at my scheduled pick-up time, the employee had gone home. I had to wait 20 minutes for her to come back to the store to complete my check-in process. They did not know where the dollies or blankets were so I had to wait extra time for them to call someone and find them. The total time it took to get my truck was an hour.Danae W.

They processed cars with full insurance then told me they thought I asked for full insurance (extra 60). I said don't worry about it because it took 30 minutes for them to get the paperwork going to start with. The truck was dirty on outside, mud, dirt, the windshield had two stone/rock chips, and a full 2' crack with a third rock chip. The truck only had 7/8 tank of gas when I picked it up and I paid for extra 1/8 tank of gas to fuel up at the end. Ended up paying 100 more than expected in the end for excess mileage, tax, extra fuel and insurance I didn't want or need.AARON B.

It wasn't as much the location as it was the equipment that was transported to this location was dirty inside and out and I was charged a cleaning fee at the end. Also the hassle I was given to get a truck to my area for me to use even though I had booked it months in advance. I was called and told that there was no truck for me flat out Instead of someone taking some initiative and troubleshooting the issue first. It wasn't till I mentioned bringing a truck for me that it came up. When the truck was delivered, it was delivered to the wrong location, but rather than whine I went across town and picked it up.wayne M.
