The dropbox was broken so the uhaul employee was there when I got there (how did he know where I was..?) He said people had been breaking in to the box so he had to hold all the keys in his car. It was sketchy. He said "you can trust me just give me your key". And I was thinking, "...you could be the one who's stealing all the keys..." so I asked him for verification that he was who he said he was and he pulled up my info on the app and gave me the info I had. It was some kid who looked like was not old enough to run this sort of business. I'd audit the crap out of their process at this location. I would not recommend anyone to drop off their truck here.

Don JApproximately an hour after picking up the truck heavy rain started. I then found out the windshield washers were torn and worthless, creating an extremely hazardous driving situation.

Lanita BUhaul sent us to 3 different locations to find a truck. The truck was dirty on the inside and smelled so bad of cigarette smoke that it permeated your clothing by just sitting in the cab. The exterior was clean. We sent pictures to Uhaul but was then charged a $50 cleaning fee.

Carrie WI was transferred to this location from another u-haul dealer..there web site says that they open at 9am..noone was there until nearly 10am.. the sole employee that was there was not prepared or knowledgeable and most of all MY TRUCK WAS NOT THERE.. after an hour of back and forth as this lone employee continued to frustrate customer after customer I finally left with a smaller truck..only to find out that I was later billed for two days instead of the one day I should have been charged... I WOULD REALLY LIKE TO SPEAK TO SOMEONE THAT CARES ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE TO CONSIDER MY EXPERIENCE

Martha FTruck was to be ready at 9:00 AM. Store was not open. Agent arrived without keys to the store. Transaction was completed in the parking lot. I had to wait for the agent’s grandson to bring the keys for the store as I also rented an appliance dolly. We lost over an hour waiting on an unprepared agent. Agent asked me to help other customers with online reservations while she left the site to get her grandson. Truck was covered with dead black bugs. Could not verify truck condition as the waiting time cancelled the inspection app. Completely dissatisfied.

paul gU-Haul needs to put the name of the business above neighborhood U-Haul. I had trouble finding the key drop off box. Because it was hard to find a business
Keith WReservation confusion. I picked local 24 hour rental . Apparently was billed for two days.
Vasco HI would have loved to know that the key wasn’t going to be available at the time of the reservation.
DANA MMary was friendly and eager to help. She just need to remind people of all the features. I did not know there was a drop box. I thought someone would be there to check in the van.

Penny SI was charged for $14 damage coverage which I did not ask for when I made this order online. I had no idea the woman was going to put this on the contract. She was not present at the location when I picked up the truck (at a wig shop in Macon). I’m not sure the UHaul company wants to present itself this way. Very unprofessional!
