Trailer had damaged light that wasn't accounted for. Woman at the business didn't even come out to examine trailer with me just said it was the only one they had and it was around the side of the building. Wasn't the most pleasant experience.Dylan P.

The trailer still had dirt and screws inside which one ended up in the bottom of my child's shoe sole. Thankfully it did not penetrate all the through and get in his foot. I picked up the trailer after 9AM Monday and returned it before 9 AM Wednesday and was charged for 3 days. I had the trailer less than 48 hours. That is ridiculous policy. A day is 24 hours so if you rent a trailer for 2 days it should be equivalent to 48 hours. This policy of yours will deter me from renting a trailer from U-Haul in the future.Edward S.

When I called to confirm my reservation the day before no one answered. I left a message in the morning and no one called back. In the late afternoon early evening I called uhaul directly and told them. The made a not and confirmed in the computer so the pick location would know. When I got there to pick up the store was closed. No one answered any of the numbers. After a great amount of research online I found another number and finally reached someone. They said they would meet me at the store (this was almost 2 hours after my scheduled pick up time). When they got there they said it wasn't on there calendar. That uhaul was sending them reservations from a location beer by that was closing snd not telling them.Angela H.
