The office is just a hole In the wall. That’s all that’s needed for the bark company. But the gentleman who helped me was very cordial, helpful and helpful. It’s simply a neighborhood location but very close to my house and he had what I needed. I’d recommend this location.

Stephen DavisYour online reservation process is cumbersome at best. After I select the trailer I want, which I have rented several times, I have to wade through several screens asking me if I want storage, moving help, pads, boxes, etc. just to get to where I can complete the reservation. As a repeat customer doing the same thing over and over again, your system should recognize what I need from my prior rentals and not make me have to endure all of the up-selling you try to do. Also, the online system that the supplier uses to complete the checkout of the trailer is also extremely cumbersome. It always takes 10-15 minutes to complete no matter whether I have checked in online or not. The online screens freeze and hang for long periods of time. I rated the rental location as average because I don't know for sure if the checkout processes are because of local connection or hardware issues, or if it is a systemic U-Haul problem. Other than the slowness of the online system, the rental location I use provides excellent service and are great to work with.

Jeffrey ShearierThe U-Haul online reservation process is tedious, made more so by taking me through screen after screen of up-sells and add-ons that were irrelevant for the kind of rental I was making, but which I had to decline on each screen in order to move on. Also tedious and inefficient are the set of screens asking about hitch weight capacity and towing capacity. There has to be a more efficient way of gathering that information. You should do more usability testing of the online registration process with an eye on how long it takes and how that time could be reduced.

Jeffery HunterThe location was great. But the website and central reservations was a nightmare. I ended up giving up and just driving out to places to find what I needed. The website said places had a trailer that when called the place didn't have. The phone agent reserved the wrong trailer for me, and couldn't explain why the website said the right one was present when her screen said it wasn't. And I reserved it for 11am and was told someone would call me by 6pm to confirm my pickup.... think about that. Who would even read that to a customer. Do better centrally.

Delvin NemecThis location was bizarre. There was no store and barely any signage stating there was a U-Haul here. There was a literal shack for an office - an 8x8 foot shed! This shed was dirty and questionable. I was pretty scared to go inside to give the man my paperwork. I am shocked that U-Haul doesn't approve their places before they open!
