I ordered blankets (which I was charged), but none were in the truck and so I no blankets. Contacted the owner of location and he said "we requested 2 weeks ago" and don't have any. So with NO advanced warning from either UHAUL or the location we had no moving blankets. Moving t.v.'s, dressers, kitchen tables, etc is no easy job without blankets. There was damage to several pieces of furniture ( one of which had to thrown out). I even reported NO BLANKETS on the final report along with fuel reading, mileage, pictures of inside of truck, yet I was STILL charged for the blankets. If the $5.00 had been dropped from the final bill, I will accept the miss communication on the blankets, but to charged for them even after I reported to UHAUL and the owner of the location of the pick up, is bad customer service. I have requested 1/2 credit of the total charges on my credit card. Removing the $5.00 (after I was already billed) now is to little and to late.patrick M.

I am sure the facility that provided the truck was fine, but we didn't speak to anyone there. In fact, when we had issues and questions, we could not reach anyone via any phone number for Uhaul. That part of the service was very poor.Joy Y.

Pick up location was 20 Miles away. My whole trip was only 90 miles. Seems like there should have been one closer.Christian M.
The problem is the service before getting the truck. We had no email with an address. Had to go 20 min to a further location. Waited on hold several times the night before for 20 min and still never spoke with anyone. Reservations really needs to be redone . Poor customer service during the renting process.Stephen S.

Uhaul changed my pick up location but did not make me aware that they were not open weekends for my scheduled pick up. Had I not called them about my reservation, my entire weekend move would have been blown. Shocks Towing didn't seem to even be aware of my reservation until I called. They took great care of me and were very apologetic but it wasn't their fault.Daniel M.
