This is not the location we were instructed to drop off vehicle. You must have moved vehicle to this location and charged us the additional miles. We were sent a link to drop at mikes car repair shop in laurinburg, nc on scotland high school road.Ken C.

The man at uhaul was very helpful and the pick up and drop off to him was great. I will never use uhaul again though for customer service sucks and reserving a uhual a month in advance doesn't do you any good because you're still not guaranteed a uhual. He was the 3rd location I was supposed to pick up mu ubaul from and it was 27 miles away. My first location they moved my location and the 2nd location I got there and informed me he did not jabe a truck for me and I was going to have to contact uhaul myself and it took an hour on customer service to get anyone to help me. She stated she made a reservation at the 3rd location and when I got there it was his last truck, I in fact did not have a reservation and if I was 15 minutes later I wouldn't of had a truck because a man tried walking in and reserving it while I was in the process of filling out the paperwork.Jamie G.

Location was a hour away and the truck had a strong fish smell. The person who did our paperwork said it was a new truck but it was absolutely dirty. I had never had a awful experience with uhaul but this time was horrible.John S.

Didn't have what I reserved, took 20 minutes to get out to even speak to me, the persons papers from the day before was in the truck, had to hear about beg to get the truck after I reserved it on line, the back of the truck had trash in it. It was a complete mess.MALERIE T.

The unexpected charges that come with the rental if you go over your time it's really ridiculous the amount of money you spend to rent a uhaul if you go over your time so I think should just do flat rates that makes it easier on the customer and the businessNagatha D.

I will not use this service again in my life. I was stuck in traffic and was running a hour late due to traffic. Got charged for two days and I returned it and only had it for one day.Amnetta M.

The phone service for u haul is worse than awful. 30 minutes on hold and disconnected twice!!! It is very time consing and nerve wracking.Joyce M.
I requested a 20' truck. I was contacted 1 hour before I was supposed to pick it up in Hope Mills & informed they didn't have the truck for me. I was sent to Lumberton, NC to pick up a 26' truck because they could not find a 20' truck available. When I arrived at the Lumberton location they did not have the truck available. They called the area manager and had me travel another 30 mins out of my way to pick up a 26' truck that needed to be returned to VA. I was told that the truck AC did not work & there was a leak that the manager put silicone on & that someone would have had to come pick up the truck so I was helping them out by taking it. The tires were bald, the weather-strip around the windshield was coming off and the check oil light was on. The truck was not safe to drive and we should have never been offered it. In addition I had to drive to 2 different locations, an extra 60 miles and 3 hours of my time was wasted. My experience with U-haul was a horrible one.DONNA J.

while this may not be site issue. I initiated call to requested pick up site only to find no trucks were available. contacted uhaul support and I was sent to another small town to get a different truck than requested. At pick up I was asked to look at truck. I came back and asked about the appliance handtruck and at that time I was told they don't have one. Asked what I'm to do about loading appliances and I was told I'd get a refund. (refund hasn't been credited to account yet, but you've billed me for the extra miles already) Had to scramble to find a handtruck on my own. delayed moving until I could find one on my own. obviously not a very good start.Lee P.

The only problem I had was there was not anyone there able to assist with hitching the trailer. I have a broken collarbone and had to lift the trailer to put on the hitch because the person there was in a wheelchair and could not help. This was very painful and if I had known I would have brought help. Compromised healing.William M.
