The young man who assisted me in finalizing my transaction was very helpful and even showed me how to safely hitch and unhitch the trailer. However, when I returned the trailer on a Saturday afternoon the business was closed, which I was informed of by the rental agent when I picked up the trailer on Friday. When I received my final bill on Monday, I was shocked to see that I was charged an additional $15 cleaning fee for an open tandem axle trailer. How the trailer got dirty, I do not understand since I only hauled furniture and load of recyclable material. I realize $15 is not a great deal of money, but it is the simple fact that was charged the fee for a "dirty" trailer, which is a lie! I will not be renting from this facility again.Michael B.

If I would have known that they would be this petty I would have wiped everything down better, they used my questioner to charge me I told them that I received a dirty truck and to take the fuel charges from me the app charged me $7 dollars they charged me $75 for equipment I did not get, a cleaning fee of $25 dollars there was not trash left be hind the truck was clean so I don't know what they charged me for and $75 for the dolly I stated I did not get! I better not get charged! I need my $3 back and I better not have any problems with this next drop! I'm so mad because if I would have known I would have went with a different company for this second trip! I never had any issues with uhaul before so I hope they fix this issue! Truck was clean but old and almost left me stranded. Could not get up hills and it wasn't even fully loaded. Also I called the 800 number after I received my bill. I was charged about $60 more than I should have been. I was never told I would be charged for 2 days when i only used it for one, never told the mileage was a different rate on weekends. Never told there was a $20.00 charge to drop off at night. I will never, ever use Uhaul again.WALTERKARL R.

The Uhaul location issued me the wrong trailer. The trailer number didn't match the contract number. When I turned the trailer in I was told I couldn't leave until I resolved the issue with the incorrect trailer being issued to me. I called the issuing location. They were befuddled, told me there was nothing they could do. The receiving Uhaul location called the issuing Uhaul location. The issuing Uhaul location hung up on them. At that point they allowed me to leave saying the issuing Uhaul location is â€œall screwed upâ€.WILLIAMDOUGLAS C.

Was given the wrong size auto transport the 2016 Chevrolet traverse did not fix on the auto transport call customer service they said that was all they had and it was rented as one unit so i towed a empty auto transposer to my new location which i paid for and could not useJerry N.

The location was great and easy to access. Well lit at night. Will definitely use again. Uhaul - your website kept crashing repeatedly on me while trying to pick up my truck, it was frustrating to say the least. I had no issues like that with my prior rental.Christopher M.

Scotty's was fantastic. However, U-haul was absolutely terrible in this entire experienceâ€”they messed up my reservation on the website, wouldn't fix it or let me cancel the entire transaction, and ultimately left me having to leave my vehicle in Virginia (where it will be for one more week), and charged me an absurd amount of money for the rental. Again, Scotty's had nothing to do with this. They were great in every way. UHAUL CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS A DISGRACE. Call me 8508674181Chance S.

Very easy to drop off the truck. There was a previous dent on the cab that was noticed by the person checking the vehicle in. I was able to show a dated picture from my phone, with the damage. The person checking the vehicle appreciated that and made checking in much easier. I recommend taking pictures inside and out of the vehicles, dated, to avoid any problems at check-in.daniel B.

I booked a 20ft truck and dolly to tow my car two weeks in advance. Uhaul sent the request to this location the day before. They didn't have a dolly to tow, luckily was able to get the truck but definitely messed up my plans on moving day. It wasn't the shops fault at all. It really irritated me on a moving day with a missing dolly.Engin T.
