Lady was rude and messed up my booking and charged extra charges
April R"I returned the truck earlier than expected because it suddenly veered to the left and had issues with the front right-end. However, I noticed that you have not deducted the amount for the time that I did not use the truck. I tried to check in at three other locations, including one on Ferguson Rd and another on 80, but unfortunately, the check-in status on the app was not working. I did not receive any assistance. Therefore, I kindly request you to rectify this issue as soon as possible. Thank you."

Cyndi NI wish I knew the lady's name that was working the day we picked up the U-Haul, but she was extremely helpful and made everything extremely easy. She even had the trailer raised up and waiting for us to back up to it. I'm used to setting everything up and putting the trailer on the truck, but she grabbed everything and did it before I could even bend over. She was nice enough to place X's on every ding we saw, plus more that she saw and we didn't. I've rented U-Hauls quite a few times and this is BY FAR the best experience I've ever had. I'm just sorry I didn't catch her name because she deserves to be recognized. All the other places I've rented U-Hauls from were actual U-Haul headquarters. This lady should be a Regional Manager over those locations as she could teach them a thing or two about customer service.

Tommy BVisited location twice. The lady that worked there was racist. First visited she did not lease a truck she claimed she could not find my address in the system but she found my name. I had previously rented numerous trucks. Second time Scheduled to pick up a truck at 10:00 Saturday morning. I arrived around 10:35 and she if I would not have arrived in the next 20 minutes she was going to give my truck away. I ask why she would say that I was standing in front of her. She said she could have and still can. That was the only truck that size in my area so I was at her mercy so I kept my mouth close. I will not go back ever.
Robert MStore lady was very distressed I was returning my 2 units,kind of rude,actually refused my drop off, wasn't until by chance Thomas Malenda (Area Mgr.) And asked if I needed help,he took control of the situation and created a very satisfying experience, So well in fact, we discussed myself applying for a job with hisU Haul store in the spring,Great job by him...

Jasmine PWhen first starting the vehicle the tire pressure warning light was on, I grabbed the representative who gave me keys and he said “it should be fine just call the 1800 number if it goes flat”. I had to fill up the tire 2 times as it was going flat and had a bad valve stem. The check engine light flashed on multiple times. Very bad, I want a refund

Gary CThis woman is the worst representation of a company I have ever seen. She was yelling at us, smoking cigarettes, would not give us her name or a receipt for the return of the trailer. She was the most unpleasant person I have come across in a very long time. Her location is bad, easy to drive right by and she is awful.
Robin ZThe lady was extremely rude. She told us to physically move trailer to one spot and back truck into another because she wasn’t paid enough for that type of work. She then said when she got around to it she would check out the truck and trailer and email us a receipt. She didn’t have any customers so we told her we weren’t leaving until she checked everything out and obtained a receipt.

Shountae SThe woman who checked me in and gave me the keys to the truck that I rented was extremely rude and made me feel very uncomfortable. I’ve never had an experience with U-Haul like this, and will not be using U-Haul in the future because of it. Never have I had anybody ask me what I was using the truck for but also tell me it’s required she takes a picture of me with her personal phone for U-Haul’s sake. Also, when I at one point asked her why she needed a third contact information for me, she replied, with “you don’t have to rent the truck”. I watched her previous interaction with a customer before me, and she wasn’t near as rude and didn’t take her picture nor ask her what she was using her rental for.

Chase PLetting people know that when they drop off the truck in Terrell that they can't get there deposit back the same day it has to be mailed back to them. Which wasn't discussed when you pick up the truck.

Lisa FLocation person quite rude. Was not happy that we were dropping off there. Upon entering we asked where was the drop off and the response was "hopefully not here" and was asked what the paperwork said. Show it ro then which immediately garnered a response of "don't know why they keep sending me trucks. I have roo many. Just leave the keys andi will get to it after I finish cleaning up this mess. I am busy. You'll get an email when I'm done" Not what I would expect and would certainly not recommend this location.
Gerald WIt took the lady 45 minutes to check me in The lady would stop and wait on the drive thru window. While I had men out side waiting to drive the truck I order the truck over a month ahead. Did not have 2 dolly’s I had ask for. I had ask to get in Kaufman Tx Sent me to Terrell Tx. This made me half to pay extra mileage when I drop if the truck. Also I ask to drop of on the west end of Hwy 377 in Granbury and she put me on the East side of Granbury. The lady at that location was very nice. She was able to get it transferred. Needless my experience was not very good. Sue Potter

MITCHUM PScottys was not open when we dropped off the uhaul truck. We could not get the uhaul link to work so I had to call Monday morning to make sure the truck was checked in. Lady on the phone was very nice and helpful

Steven NThe lady that processed paperwork and did inspection after truck was returned was very unprofessional. The fuel level was 5/8 when rented and I returned it with 3/4 full. She said that I would be charged for fuel because it was less than 5/8. She apparently does not know simple math but when I tried to explain, she said she did not want to argue. I will NOT ever rent from there again and will make sure that anyone who asks me where to rent, I will tell them anywhere but that location.
