Your representative for you was very courteous and knowledgeable about the things that I needed to know. Extended all the courtesies that one would expect from someone when you trying to do a move which can be troubling most of the time. I ran into the problem of having to use the vehicle for another day and they gave me no problem with that and I truly appreciate it and I'm helping me get the view Hall because as most people know towards the end of the month is very difficult to find a large enough. I would recommend this place to anyone meeting to use a U-Haul. The facility is clean and neat and the employee was very courteous!!! I wanted to thank you for having the convenience of the U-Haul so close to where I needed to go and to the storage that I needed to put my belongings. I'm more than likely will use them when I am sure of my new destination. I want you to know that the truck was clean the facility was neat and clean and everyone was courteous! Even when I try to contact them and the U-Haul section was closed the employee was very courteous to me. I appreciate that so very much!

The guy that was going to check me out kept telling me " I need to get my customers" and waved me aside, even though I was first and he had already started helping me. He was rude all the way around. We were made to stand in a liquor store in a bad part of town with a 9 year old who was nervous so he could wait on his other customers because the uhaul delivery wasn't important. And he said that the damage on the truck would have to be noted even though we didn't get a walk around when we rented it and didn't notice that on the truck.

Very poor customer service. Uhaul should consider revoking their contract. Loitering all around the location with aggressive breed dogs and what appears to be drug users. Store clerk took too long to check in reservation because he had to wait on store customers. I realized that I left a item in the truck. Tried to call the location MULTIPLE times but number listed seems to be a fax. Tried calling Uhaul customer service but they didn't have a working number for the location either. When I arrived back at the store, they repeatedly told me that they had no idea what I was talking about, that someone abandoned the truck that I CHECKED IN, and that if I didn't know the NAME is the person that checked in the truck he couldn't help me. I told them REPEATEDLY that I could see the remote on the visor and just needed then to unlock the truck. Thirty minutes later, they unlocked the door and gave me the remote. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!

The U Haul dealer entered the wrong miles on the contact thus making me pay more. It was only by 2 miles but if he does this to all of the customers, that's a win for the store. It took over 30 minutes for us to check out because at this location the guy runs a convenience store so he was multi tasking. I asked if we could return the vehicle 30 minutes past our return time and he said no. Later he came back and said we could. The truck wasn't nasty but it had not been cleaned. Dirty foot prints were on the floor.

I would like to thank the man at seago pantry and say I appreciate his customer service skills cause they were very professional he even stayed late so that I could go to the bank and deposit my check if I ever need a uhaul truck again that is where I will rent one for sure cause he was heat thanks again for the courteous service it was greatly appreciated thanks

This location should not be allowed to represent the U-Haul brand. The staff is very unprofessional and unskilled. During my recent experience, I had to input my own information into the computer, as the agent could not understand and interpret English well. No one was available to provide service to me upon my scheduled arrival and I was told no one would be able to assist me for at least 48 hours. I called the 1-800 U-Haul number several times while at the location in an effort to assist me with the transacation. It took over an hour to complete the process that I had precisely scheduled. I will not be utilizing this location again and will not recommend anyone to this location. My trust in U-Haul has been tarnished because of this experience. I hope that you all will do all that you can to make this right.

The representative at the location was very helpful to my needs! Both store attendants helped me out on the days that I needed the truck to make a move !! I would go back again to this location to rent from the store again!!

This location was not my choice. My reservation was transferred there because my original chosen location (from the uhaul website) was no longer in business. I would have perferred that someone from Uhaul would have contacted before the day that I was supposed to pick up the truck because I would not have chosen the Seagoville location. Better communication once the first chosen place was picked and was not available would have been great.
