This location wasn't the problem. We had to chase down a trailer because the last one didn't have what we needed as promised. So we drove another hour and a half out of the way to get what we needed. We also didn't get the dolly we were promised as well.

Special adapter for trailer, they did not have one in stock. Original drop off was 2 hours driving time. Drop off location was not ready, had no people trained to receive trailer

This was my 3rd rental of the year and by far the worsts experience. I received a call at 7pm the night before my scheduled pickup to tell me the truck wouldn't be available until 9am (not 7am as I requested). The truck did. It drive well and had a very bad vibration from 40-45mph.

The only issue is the person renting the equipment was not very knowledgeable on said equipment - we rented a truck with tow fir our car - my husband was stuck in car for 20 mins until we and a passerby noticed the rubber bar for tow fender to go down to let my husband out of car after driving it onto tow device

The guys there went OVER and BEYOND to make it a good experience. They are friendly and good at what they do. I was grieving, and they bent over backward to help me out and get things hooked-up to the truck and assist in any way. Thank you!

I reserved a truck online yet the location had no knowledge of it. It took 45 minutes to complete the rental transaction in store even though I had paid and reserved a truck ahead of time. It cost me $40 out of pocket for my 2 employees to wait on your companies error. Not the worst experience ever, but some type of recompense or apology would have been nice.
