I reserved a truck online yet the location had no knowledge of it. It took 45 minutes to complete the rental transaction in store even though I had paid and reserved a truck ahead of time. It cost me $40 out of pocket for my 2 employees to wait on your companies error. Not the worst experience ever, but some type of recompense or apology would have been nice.

Better Training all though pleasant he was not proficient in the rental process our 2pm pick up became a 4 pm pickup. Putting us behind schedule.
