Customer service at this location bad. Non working light on one side after hooking up and they didn't want to do anything about it. Very bad attitude

Everytime we use uhaul they take extra money we put the right gas in it took it to drop it off in clarksville where we moved they charged 150 extra for gas that was in there miles that were not used and called on the 4 to ask where the truck was when we called the location the woman said she was busy sorry she hadnt put it in computer so we had to call the office back and tell them where thier truck was and we were charged for that so 150 later and bank charges we r 300 short and in a mess and the just keep giving the run around. They are thieves is always something with them use anyone one else is what i recommend

The young man who helped me was very kind and courteous and knowledgeable. There was a second employee who was not as capable and he was doing about 10% of the workload while the young man was doing about 90%. I hope he is fairly compensated for it.

When we turned in the dolly to jacksonville Fl they did not refund one day as the Lawrenceburg office said they would f we returned a day early. I would like someone to contact me me for me refund. Thank you.
