Was Sunday so I expected no one to be there. Facility was clean, and accessible. Left trailer in yard.

Changed our drop off to south Louisiana when we were suppose to go to north central Louisiana. Dude also didn't give us a copy of our contract which was supposedly a very important piece of paper work.

Daniel WilsonI requested a furniture dolly but like most uhaul locations, they did not have one available. I ended up just taking the standard dolly which I did not end up using. The furniture dolly would have helped me a lot more. On my way to my moving location I bought my own furniture dolly from Home Depot so I never have to worry about u haul locations rarely having one available in the future. It was only $27. I have probably spent more renting it from u haul over the years. Overall the rest of the experience at this location was great. I was on the road very quickly.

Then the guy hooked us up to this really old looking trailer and we noticed one of the tires was flat so we had to move to another one. The guy was not friendly and very nosey about our business we didn’t appreciate this. Will never go back there again.

Allen FlowersChange the drop-off checking-in procedure. The app (which I hate! using on a cell phone) would not work and when I got home and tried on my PC it said only cell phone app??? Then wanted to charge me $20.00 bucks if I called your 800# REALY?? I drove your truck 2 1/2 hours and got charged $310.00 I think you made plenty of money off me.
Kevin BridgesI chose to have no contact and just pick up with my phone but the guy wouldn't let me do that he didn't even have the key in the box for pick up. He made me cancel it and redo it in the office. The cab was sticky and obviously wasn't clean when we picked up. Its not a location I would recommend.
