I was supposed to pickup the truck at 10:00 am the person didn't show up until a little after 11:00 am.

Truck was not at location booked for pick-up and had to go to different place to be picked up, which took time out of moving. Also, appliance dolly was given, not furniture dolly as booked. Truck was old, no radio and only had partial blankets order.

Turned in my unit on Saturday night. It did not get checked in until Thursday morning. Causing major billing issues.
