I was totally disappointed that the fuel gauge was on “E”’as in EMPTY!!! The van needs a front end alignment! It was all over the road!!

MICHELE NThere was a bug in the back of the truck the night we picked it up. Thought it was a one-off, it looked like a roach but there was only 1 so I tried to convince mhself it was just 1. The next day around noon we almost started to load and when I opened the back door, 4 or 5 bugs fell from opening the door. We checked and they were 100% most definitely roaches. You can probably see the dead ones in the back still. I would never recommend U-Haul at a storage spot ever- only a reputable U-Haul facility.

melissa sTurn in process was great once I figured out what the rude person on the phone from U Haul was trying to tell me. I wouldn't have had to call for assistance if the person at EZ Storage had mentioned what the process was. I couldn't use the trailer at night as intended because the trailer lighting was messed up. There's more, but suffice it to say that in a couple weeks we'll be renting another trailer and it won't be from U Haul.

TOD BThe technician was great to work w, the equipment was clean, but the handheld computer used was not easy for the tech to work w. It was difficult to read and the buttons to small to crowded to easily manage

Lol, she said I could have opened the that’s BS! Make sure you do not rent extra equipment from them! Very dissatisfied with that! Won’t happen again

yolanda gI used the 24/7 truck pick-up and it didn't work at all. I had a confirmation number and email but my account said I had no orders available. I had to call customer service to walk me through the process. Took about 35 mins. Then trying to check out I had the same problem. Luckily, I returned early and an employee was there to help. He was great, but the whole "help yourself" service is horrible.
Devan BSpent over an hour dealing with U-Haul customer service to get approved for before hours pickup. That did not work out but Ron at Secure EZ Storage had me on the road in 15 minutes. Thank you. The self service pickup needs improvement.

Alleyia GIt was not my original location of pickup-I did everything online,was personally called and my pickup location failed to have my truck there causing me to have to travel 20 miles from my location to where the appropriate truck was---someone,somewhere dropped the ball-I specifically asked for an out of state truck at Middletown.
Deborah BI have rented a 5’X8’ cargo trailer several times, and have pulled this size across the US. This is the only time I have rented through uhaul and all my pillows and several pieces of my clothing were very wet when I started unloading. My pillows are quite expensive, as they are memory foam. Fortunately, all had zipper covers, and my clothes did not require dry cleaning. It did take time to hand dry my pillows, and launder the wet covers and my wet clothes. This particular uhaul definitely needs to be checked and repaired in order for the next person to have a nice dry trip!

Elouise BThey didn’t check that the rental was returned. The woman at the desk had no idea how to complete a rental. Sent back to find the rental on my own. Very poor customer service.
Kristen CGentleman on duty took awhile to complete rental agreement and seemed to have no knowledge of how to attached the trailer I rented. I am experience with trailers so all was good.
Joel Mit was the worst experience ever. The truck was full of dog hair, the outside of the truck was filthy. The grass was so bad it was in bedded in the wheel well, all up & down the truck from the front fender to the back. It cost us a lot of money for the service we got. I had to go to Cincinnati, when they told me I can pick it up at RT 4 & Highs street. Told them how unhappy I was Zach called cal customer service told Pat I was very,very unhappy. We took very good care of your truck. We should have received a discount. Never again unless you can make this right.
