I don't understand why it cost $180 to drive it less than 75 miles.

Taking a photo of my driver's license to upload did not work - my phone would not give permission to the app. Other than that, it was fine.

Howard EThe pickup was originally scheduled for a different location. The reservation online said the other address and it wasn’t until I tried to check in at the other location that it told me the truck was here. Resulted in 30 minutes wasted time driving and extra mileage costs.

APRIL GI personally recommend this location since it was quick easy and the equipment was exactly what I needed.
CODY WI was extremely dissatisfied with the care of the rented truck. When I got the UHaul home I took out the ramp to begin loading and noticed a large pile of poop. Upon further inspection there was a thin layer spread along most of the inside of the truck. I had to open the blankets to wipe up/cover the floor to keep the poop from getting on my furniture.
Megan CYou ran a old man a truck without a working air conditioner and didn't make him aware of it so he didn't get half of his stuff called because it's too hot for him to do so I've never had an issue like this with Penske or Ryder this is the second timer this is very disappointing
