The mobile check in process was quite difficult. The employee who was attempting to verify my eligibility for pickup denied by identification for damage although it was not damaged. She said I would have to speak to an on site employee to proceed with my pickup. I then asked if there were employees on site to assist me and she kicked me out of the chat. After finding someone to help on site there was no issue. The virtual employe (Carmen) was not helpful and I will not use mobile verification again.

Sabrina CHard to locate and easy to confuse with nearby U-Haul facility that is well signed. Hard to enter and not much parking.
Robert NIt could not have gone better. Reservation staff were Excellent! I would highly recommend U-Haul to anyone and everyone. they really do make moving easier.
Paula MAbsolutely nothing. Our experience was great! The two gentlemen there were super helpful and friendly, the office was clean and they had me in the truck and on my was quickly!

Regina PLost 25-30 minutes at the counter due to the Uhual Software running slow. Did not have any dollys at this location as a preordered to assist me with my move… The service rep was a nice guy and did apologize.
James WThe site allowed me to book at 9 am. However the truck was not ready until 10 am. Staff on site was great to work with. Staff on phones were also great, system was not set up well.

mary nTheres nothing wrong with this location other than it’s hard to find (I turned around a bunch of times to get there) and its hard to get in and out because the lights are confusing. Both times (leaving the location and coming back) I got close to someone running into me because I couldn’t tell if they had a green or red light.

David YEverything was fine, but the final price was far more expensive than I was expecting, and I can't even tell what I'm being charged extra for on the receipt. I would hope for more transparency / honesty there.

Jacob CThe app doesn't work. They manually checked in the vehicle because the U-Haul app doesn't let me attach the Odometer/Fuel gauge photo for the return. I took so many pictures through the app with no success, and it wasn't until the owner came out and personally told me he would do it. If you're going to offer an app option, you need to make sure it actually works. Extremely disappointed in U-Haul, but was beyond impressed with the partnered location.
Tyler PI received the vehicle at 1/8 of a tank of gas, which was indicated in my contract, but my contract also indicated I needed to return it at 1/4 tank of gas. Why did I have to pay for extra gas beyond what I used?
SARAH WThe representative from uhaul filed a police report on me because she couldn’t locate the truck that I dropped off four days prior. Uhaul already processed the return, so her belligerence will never bring me back to uhaul ever again.
BAKARI HThe rotors were warped making braking dangerous. The location was further from my starting destination and in a very bad part of town. The customer service was excellent.
KRISTEN PI requested a hand dolly and was charged for it, but was never given one. Because I was in an extreme time crunch, I didn't go back to the office to get it. Not happy about it because, crap, there were so many boxes. Ugh.

GIASHUDDIN HThere was an outdated key drop box that I almost left my keys in before an associate helped me out. I did not know where to park the car, it was incredibly unclear. Thankfully the associate took it from me, but contactless drop off was very confusing.
Yash Mthe self drop off was problematic. The drop off slot was too small and the key did not fit in the slot. Furthermore there was no after hours # to call in case of emergency. We had to leave the key under the drivers seat very stressful
THERESE P1. I dropped the truck off on time and the employee took my keys and said I was good to leave 2. The next day I received a call from this location asking me where the truck was 3. The location admitted that the person did not check the truck in so it was "missing" in the system 4. The truck was not checked in for a few days and I then received additional charges for the "extra" days 5. I have had to make several phone calls to the location and then to UHaul to have these erroneous charges removed
Christopher WWhen I made my reservation I was quoted a price of $166,00. When I went to pick up vehicle the charged me $184.38 plus $100.00 deposit. When I made that reservation it was stated to me that I pay when I bring the truck. when I returned the truck back, my phone would not let me into information to check truck back in. When I stated to the lady. she stated if she has to go out to check it in would cost me $20.00. Very disappointed

Sabah AThere was no key drop off, so I dropped the key in the office. It is not a Uhaul office, so I suggest including that note in the drop off instructions because it was confusing.
CAITLIN OThe sales agent while helpful was very confused and must have been new- tried to push safe move on us and when we said no she already processed it and we had to wait for the refund. Very nice girl just not all the way with it
bruce fThe truck had 7/8 of a tank of gas when we picked it up so we had to pay for the previous customers gas. Also the online system is difficult, frustrating and time consuming to use. The system failed to work properly. Will never use uhaul again.
MARVIN DVan was clearly not cleaned from previous reservation—crumbs in cup holder and surfaces clearly not sanitized. Equipment left in back from previous reservation. U-Haul site did not provide a code to retrieve key, so had to go inside for code. Then box did not have a key, had to go back inside and find out it was wrong box after all. Defeated purpose of mobile check-in. Personnel was helpful and friendly however, thanks to them.

Andrew KReturned truck spotless and got charged $25 because ...I didn’t fold furniture pads ?! Some were damp and they should be cleaned anyway. (Pandemic and all that). NONODY informed me and it’s not in the contract. Told that a sticker in the back of the Truck said it. So I have to read a contract and then every printed word on the truck to avoid some fee? Ridiculous. Will be contacting my credit card company for that $25
Michael CThis location said I left the truck with less fuel then when I got it. They are scam artists. I left the tank 1/2 full when I got the truck with a 1/4 tank. Please investigate

Ernestine Ei used the self check in / return process through the app. it was not clear to me what i was supposed to do with the keys when i returned the truck. there were very brief instructions in the app on the confirmation that my return was complete, but the screen was only up for about 10 seconds and then it disappeared. i ended up dropping the keys through the storage business' "payment" slot at the front door. this is a criticism of the app and the process, not the drop off location.
Michael CThe drop off instructions are very unclear. After calling uhaul customer service line multiple times, when we finally got through the call was dropped in the middle of the operator giving us instructions.

Susan EThey gave me the wrong truck and created a lot of confusion at the site when I was picking up the truck. This resulted in me having to wait at a gas station on the phone with uhaul customer support for an hour.

Ahmed IMy encounter was GREAT! Mr. Jason Giordano was very friendly and helpful. He received me with a wide smile and I rented the Uhaul in 5 min. The drop off was also smooth and fast. I am so SATISFIED! Thank you.
Raja HYour Uhaul app sucks. it took over 55 minutes to complete - awful slow in refreshing to next pages - would never use again -In future rentals, if that is only option to obtain a rental is by using Uhaul app, would go directly to competitor. Will tell all friends and family the same thing
