There's something wrong with the gas gauge. It says one thing when turning the key and when you put it on drive the gas level goes down. I contacted uhaul via chat to submit images for comparison but they weren't as helpful the second time contacting vs the first time. I overfilled it but they didn't give me any credit. They posted on the receipt that I delivered just as I got it. I would not rent from this place again.Joseph N.

The office staff says that the system was so slow all day. She asked me where I want the equipment returned and told her at 502 W Apollo St,, Brea 92821. So she finished documentations but was so slow due to poor system performance. I took the equipment to Apollo St and the branch was closed. I called 800 number I was told wait time was 1 hour. Good thing my daughter accessed online accounts it says return to Lambert. The staff didn't even tell me to return it to lambert. I left with understanding to return it to Apollo St, closest to my daughter's residence. I don't know if the slow system caused all the confusion.Vicente M.

The person at this location was very helpful. She documented me falling off the trailer because of the grease that I slipped on. I ended up falling onto the fender and then onto the street. I went to emergency to make sure that nothing was terribly wrong. I will never suggest U-Haul to anyoneCINDY Q.
Fuel level was at 3/4 not full. I was charged for 8 gallons of gas when I only drove 8 miles. There was trash in the back and the tire inflation sensors were not working right. The truck was not ready for 9am pick up. I had to wait until office opened at 9:30. I spent 30 minutes on hold with corporate offices to resolve the overcharge, being told my account would be credited with 50 dollars. Here it is over 2 weeks later and that did not happen. I have used u-haul for every move I have ever mad over the years but I would never use this facility again. Improve your honesty and customer service.DEANNA F.

My trailer was the wrong size , it wasn't the same as the other trailer I used I had to retract my email and I was right the trailer I rented out was wrong but I got the right trailer but it was wasted time n that time was valuableGUADALUPE B.

The van was so dirty and inside smelled horrible And the milles I'm not sure about it, something is wrong, I did my first trip Friday 18 milles and 18 milles back, I used to go at my work in Redlands 16 milles and 16 back, Saturday I used twice to the same place 36 milles each trip. I didn't go anywhere else a total of 140 milles so I don't know why is marking 211 milles. So disappointedAdelma B.

The van had standing water on the passenger floor and wreaked of weed when I picked up the van. The employee cleaned up some of the water. I thoroughly cleaned the van when I got home so I could use it. It was the only van available so I couldn't trade for a cleaned one.Candice P.

Charged me $16+ for gas when I only drove 29 miles and put $12 in right before I dropped it off. I have my fuel receipt. The guy at the counter wouldn't check it with me either and said â€œyou'd need to wait 15 minutes to check it with us.â€ Rented one from Mel's Liquor and Check Cashing 2 weeks before and had 100x better experience. I was looking at them funny when they said the 15 minute thing too but didn't worry because I knew I did the right thing. Total BS. They definitely didn't put gas in it after. Keep the gate closed during business hours because people that are less fortunate are walking through the gate and can make customers feel uncomfortableBRENITA R.

For them to clean their trucks... I had to clean it myself and it was dirty.. Especially with this virus going around we need to take all in consideration so just clean and disinfect the trucks and equipment otherwise the place is great.Alisa V.

Upon arrival I was greeted by two people that told me to move my u-haul. There is a sign that states all u-hauls to stop and wait for representatives. After moving and following them out like the driver directed only with gestures. I followed the driver and the ride woman with him. After returning to the facility I asked who those i believe I said â€œidiotsâ€. Bob the man behind the desk stated they were the managers. It is great they had Bob there because the management is in need of a major overhaul and some impromptu training. Thank you Bob!Jesus V.

From a 19.95 truck I had to pay $278 so no I wouldn't recommend any body I would rent a truck from enterprise instead of paying all this money to load stuff I think it was ridiculous from 19.95 to $278 I don't care what kind of mileage you have your prices are totally outrageousGALE I.
