Are u haul 24/7 share was not honored when we tried to pick it up originally and had to be relocated to the other location.

ERIKA J.I originally selected a drop off location near my moving destination and instead I was turned away by any near (within 10 miles) U-Haul drop off location because they were all full. I am not sure why selecting a drop off location is part of the process if it is not upheld. After calling the local Uhaul dispatch, I instead had to drive 15-20 miles out of the way to a different location. I arrived to the location where a gentlemen originally turned me down because he said he could only have 4 trucks on site at a time even though only two were in his lot. He instructed me to take the Uhaul down the street to a bigger drop off. I simply informed him of the text confirmation which had the address for his specific location and then all of sudden he was able to read my truck # and full name on his computer. This was by far the worst experience I have had with Uhaul. I will personally use other options in the future.

Veronica R.The gentleman that I turned the truck into named Frank. Was extremely rude. He refused to help me and would not even open the gate to allow me to exit. I attempted to get a receipt he again refused to help, he repeatedly “rolled†his eyes and “ huff†when I inquired about how much I would owe. It was as if I was bothering him. He was very hostile and aggressive and I ultimately I felt very uncomfortable.
Aaliyah S.The service levels I have received from this location are absolutely egregious. From the start, I was marked for a 1/4 tank of gas and given 1/8th tank. The representative was so lazy he refused to look at the vehicle with me prior to leaving. Additionally, I was refunded $240. A week later, I still have not been refunded even though I have a receipt from their system showing a refund! when i called to ask them what was going on, I was continuously berated by a woman that should be nowhere near a phone. With a total lack of any customer service abilities, she told me the refund wasn't their issue and to call someone else, who she never gave me a number too. This place is deplorable - their staff, their service, their tactics. I will carry a sofa on my back 300 miles up the 5 freeway before I would ever give this location a penny of my money. In fact, they still have my money that they legally have to refund to me. When I asked for the Field Service Manager's number, the representative laughed at me. I guess they don't take anything seriously here.

I ended up returning the uhaul late due to that fact and the workers hooked it up the right way due to that hour i was waiting. Plus they were mice and generous. Will be sure to let friends and family know to pick this location

Jose B.I feel I was overcharged for a refuelinG. Between my refuel and what the company said they refueled the vehicle it took 6 gallons to go 35 miles. Customers should be given a per gallon mile estimate for the vehicle so that they can refuel according to mileage and not have to guess. Ripoff scam.
