Overcharged

Jason WWas supposed to find the keys in the back of the truck in a lock for contact less pick up but after 20 minutes searching I went inside to find out the guy had the keys inside the building. This was after having a midnight reservation in Jackson that wasn't ready when I drove there followed by support changing it to 1245 in the afternoon instead of 1245am. Then she changed it to 8am which uhaul then canceled on me. I finally got a truck for 4pm and couldn't even get it right away because even though my instructions said keys were in the truck they were not. I'm still owed over $300 from uhaul for my last rental because uhaul sent MY hotel reimbursement for the fact their truck blew the transmission, to someone else. I don't think I'll ever use uhaul again.
Christopher bHonor the rental agreement. We rented a truck at one location and I Uhaul rented it to someone else out from under us. I would not recommend ever using Uhaul to someone!
Barry SI dropped off with more gas than when I picked up they still charged me 21$ after I dropped it off talking about after hours drop off but that was not made aware to me.
haley mDirty. Had an 45 minute wait because printer was not working and he couldn't get his phone to work to sign for equipment. Left without signing because we had to pack. 1st stop before this one that we were sent too had a 26ft truck which we didn't order. Schedule to pickup at 10am. After going from the 1st place to finally leaving second place it was almost 12:30. This is my 2nd rental in 2 months moving from WA and my experience has NOT been good at all. Over all I give U-Haul 4 out of 10.
